The property was well maintained. The communication was excellent with prompt replies when queried. The streets were rather crowded with parked cars but it was quiet nonetheless. Would stay there again and the value was excellent.

Upon arriving around 9 p.m. there was parties going on outside with loud music. But they were respectful and the partying/music stop shortly after arriving. Home was beautiful, clean and spacious. There was a few issues, the 2 master bedrooms bed are hard and uncomfortable. The air conditioning could not go below 72 so it was hot, had to purchase fans. Also, although it was clean we had issues with roaches in the kitchen.

The company (Wonder Vacation Homes) has terrible reviews on Facebook and Yelp and I can see why. The carpet was dated and stained throughout the house. The walls had spots where the paint was touched up throughout the house. The cable TV boxes were missing. The smoke detector in my sons room had a bad battery and kept beeping. (It took two days for the manager to respond.) The homes across the street had a block party that lasted past midnight. I have to file a claim with my credit card company to get my security deposit back after they had told me that they had refunded the deposit. I had another home booked with this company over spring break which I have cancelled. I am surprised that this company is allowed to list properties on Hotels.com

The house had a lot of cockroaches, and the air conditioning didn't work at night. Otherwise, I loved it because it's in an area close to everything.
