The Space:

The moment you step inside, the bright living area invites you to unwind after a day of theme‑park thrills, while the small patio offers a quiet spot for two to sip coffee under the Florida sky. Down the hall, the open kitchen and breakfast nook promise easy meals, and the spacious indoor dining table is ready for family gatherings.



Sleeping arrangements

- Master bedroom: king‑size bed with an ensuite bathroom.

- Bedroom 2: bunk bed configuration (twin over full) with an additional trundle bed, sharing a full‑size bathroom.

- Bedroom 3: king‑size bed, also sharing the full‑size bathroom.



Living & gathering spaces

The large living room comfortably seats the whole family, and the adjacent patio provides outdoor seating for two. A free washer and dryer are tucked nearby for convenient laundry.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen features stainless‑steel appliances, coffee and tea supplies, and everything needed for simple meals. A generous indoor dining area encourages shared meals and conversation.



Community amenities

Your stay includes access to the gated Regal Palm Resort & Spa amenities: a pool with a slide, a lazy river, an indoor playground, a gym, a restaurant/bar, and an ice‑cream shop. The community clubhouse is also available for relaxation or socializing.

Just off I‑4 and I‑192, you’re a short drive from Disney World and other major Orlando attractions. The Orlando Airport is about 40 minutes away, making arrivals and departures straightforward.



Practical details

A mandatory resort fee of $22.40 per day covers up to ten wrist bands for the amenity center; the fee applies whether you use the facilities or not. Ten wrist bands are provided at guest services.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complementary access to resort amenities.



IMPORTANT There is a resort fee of $22.40 including tax per day for 10 people/wrist bands. $22.40 PER DAY Please note that the resort fee is mandatory and applicable whether amenities are used or not. RESORT WILL PROVIDE 10 WRIST BANDS MAX AT GUEST SERVICES.

Situated next to the Highlands Reserve Golf Club, and just minutes from the excitement Orlando has to offer,



Getting Around:

Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Private double driveway that fits (2) cars.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
