Our stay was nice and the hotel was close to everything we needed. During our check-in process however, there was an individual obviously waiting for us and then told us he had to validate our parking while trying to pull us into a timeshare information session. Fewer things are more frustrating after a long day of travel than someone trying to lure you into something before you've even seen your room or put down your luggage. Other than that, everything was fine and the actual hotel staff was very nice.

Although the staff were great, this facility was not the best. My room had small bugs crawling in the bathroom and my bathroom also smelt like sewage. On the other hand, the area was very convenient, less than 15 minutes from Disney Parks and other attractions in the area. If this was more clean, i would come back again otherwise, i would not.

Everything was fine we were just trying to stay the night after a long day at SeaWorld. The real problem is the televisions there's no guide is no information on the screen of what station are you watching looking for. What would it take to put a guide .in each room

Safe place, great value but furniture needs improvement, also breakfast needs improvement as well. Elevator area needs more cleaning. The hotel needs some upgrades in general.

Lost power throughout the night, then went out for good in the am - so we could not get ready for our long day/night of travel. The hotel front desk woman was beyond rude when asked when the power would be on. Terrible stiff beds and pillows were worse!

The place is clean and the staff are great. They charge an extra $20 a day, but everyone staying gets free breakfast, so that's nice. Only downside, and it's not the properties fault, is that it's not super close to dining and shopping, so you'll have to take a long walk or drive.

Bad stay w/ additional fees paid at property

I would not recommend this hotel. First, the shower sucks. Genuinely the worst water pressure I’ve ever experienced. Secondly, they have giant street lamps right outside of the hotel rooms that are super bright, on all night. The curtains do not block out all the light and let light come in from the sides. Our room was super bright all night, we couldn’t sleep. The pillows were also bad. Finally, they scam you by making you pay an extra $35 at the property. I paid in full on hotels.com, but when I got there they made me pay an extra $35 for “amenities fee”. There is no prior warning of this. The only reason you would stay here is because it is relatively cheap compared to others on hotels.com, but this is completely negated by the fact that they make you pay extra when you get to the property without stating this when you first reserve your stay. No, this was not the security deposit. I would not recommend.
