Once in a lifetime

This property is just amazing. We had 15 family members staying and we all had more than enough room to spread out. The movie room was the best. After a long day in the theme parks it was great yo cuddle up and watch a good movie. The grandkids reslly enjoyed the pool and game rooms.

OMG!!

The best home we’ve ever vacationed in!! The pictures dont do any justice. If you are thinking of this home look no further. The arcade room and movie theater everyone loved!! There was plenty of space for 16 of us. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans. I cant think of 1 bad thing to say. Highly recommend! We will be back next year!!!

Great resort!

I strongly urge you to consider this property; it is an exceptional choice. It can accommodate large groups, multiple generations, and your friends with ease. The villa layout provides both privacy & ample communal spaces to get together & enjoy the time spent there.I thoroughly enjoyed my evening after a tiring day due to the games/movie room. In addition, I was surprised with the quality of the pool & BBQ area. Much appreciated!

Insanely clean place!

We were totally taken aback by the house's condition - it was like brand new! It was also filled with a variety of great amenities that had us feeling so grateful. The kids absolutely loved the bunk beds and play room as well!

Was better than Disney world!

We decided to stay here during our Disney trip and enjoyed the stay more than the parks! My little ones are more reminded of the home than visiting Disney. The home was awesome and accommodated everyone in our large family.

Perfect Stay!!

House was Amazing!! 16 of us and Plenty of space!! Never felt crowded! Area is beautiful and very friendly!! Great location, close to a lot! Men loved the theatre room. Everyone enjoyed the arcade room, hours of fun!! Pool was a good size for all of!! Only negative was the hot tub did not work after the 2nd day. Jets would work and pool was warmer that the hot tub. Messaged host and they stated would send someone but if they came it was when we were gone but it still didn’t work. Had seen previous reviews regarding hot tub not working but figured it was fixed by now. House does not advertise as accessible but my husband is in a manual wheelchair and maneuvered the whole first and floor and outdoors without difficulty. Even was able to use his shower chair in the shower because it was so much room. Will definitely stay here again!!

Convenient to Disney world but would be hesitant to rec

Located in newish development. House was big and game ro was a nice amenity. Parking was terrible had to park 4 blocks away 1 night. House is starting to show wear and tear carpetswere stained and the toilets weren't cleaned very well before check in kitchen wasn't stocked very well not enough utensils. We had some maintenance issues but the maintenance staff came out and addressed the maintenance staff was very helpful. D>sney world was less than 30 minutes which was nice. The kids enjoyed the indoor playground. They need to enforce a nice ordinance at night very loud music all night .

I am still waiting for a crib supervisor to call regarding this. The house was falsely represented.

I have over 50 photos showing the cleanliness of the house. Note the throw up. There are more than one with throw up in them. The pool heat did not work for half the days including the last day. As I told you that was the main reason for getting the house. I have a disability of 10 herniated disks and need two spinal fusions. That was the purpose of having g it daily to help get me through the trip. We would not have rented the place without it. I spent over 5.5 hours on the phone over Sunday and Monday as well as having to miss being at the park until almost one pm on Monday to make sure that the technician actually addresses the issue since the tech who had come out the day before did nothing. We were forced to stay out of the house for 6 hours Tuesday for the carpets to be cleaned. We have young kids crawling on these filthy floors. I have been waiting for a vrbo supervisor to call me back.

Russell's Family Vacation

Traveled with the whole family ages ranging from 1 to 80, the property satisfied the whole group. Enough room for the kids to run around and not be in the parents way. Pool area was a good size, had lunch by the pool. Kids loved the arcade room and game console in the rooms. Definitely planning on coming back. Beautiful property

Enjoyable and spacious

With the exception of a pricked with the access code every thing went very well. The property mgt. responded to our needs quickly and graciously. I would recommend this place to any large family gathering. Our grandchildren loved it and would love to go back.

Will recommend and book again..

The house was amazing! Everything was pretty clean, the kids loved the pool. It was more than what we expected. The only thing that I would suggest that needs fixing are the dryers and the Wi-Fi, they were not working that well. Also, they need to give more parking passes. We had 7 cars and could only get 5 parking passes. Which was a hassle when we passed by security. Other than that we had a great time thanks for everything. We will recommend and book again in the future.

Better Than the Theme Parks!!

We were BLOWN away by the house. It was better than the pictures. And the reaction from the children and grandchildren was worth every penny paid. I thought the younger children were going to start crying when they went into their favorite rooms and said goodbye. The older grandchildren (9 & 12) kept asking to go back to the house while at the parks...so that says a lot!! The house was sparkling clean. And if I say that... My only complaint was the corner behind the hot tub where the water must sit (and rarely dry) that had blackish mold. This should really be cleaned. It was pretty gross. There were some minor dings and scrapes on the walls, doors, appliances, but, nothing outrageous. We had questions on how to operate the theatre and it was answered very quickly. This house is really amazing and I would definitely recommend it!

From the moment you step in the house all you can say is waw, waw, waw. Very spacious, decor was on point and gorgeous. Love that every single room had their private bathroom and more. The house is perfect for adults and kids, game room and movie theater was a hit. 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers lol more than enough. The cleaning house was clean but some areas (bathrooms specially toilets) needed a deep clean but I'm sure this is a easy fix lol. Deep clean once in a while to keep that place shiny. They responded quickly to my issues except one day our pool was cold and the person never showed up but then it started working so I let that slide but the other days they were quick. Again we all loved it and didn't want to come back home lol.

This house was made for us!

We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with our children and grandchildren - 20 os us in total. This house was PERFECT right down to the decorations in the living areas which were all white and gold! The teens played in the arcade, the pool, enjoyed the pool table inside and the foosball table on the patio. We brought a dry erase board and played pictionary in the theater so everyone could easily see the board. We had movie times complete with popcorn. We were able to prepare an entire Thanksgiving dinner for all of us and by bringing in the table front he patio and putting beside the dining room table all 20 of us sat at the same table for the first time ever! We had a few problems. The theater requires a learning curve to figure out how to use the various controllers. A call to customer service received a prompt reply. The customer service people were fantastic! We ate at the clubhouse the day we arrived. The meal was prepared exactly as we had ordered and a good time was had by all in the pool and the lazy river. The only drawback was the parking. There are only two spaces in the driveway and we had 5 cars with us for the different families. We found on-street parking, but once had to park blocks away as there is very little on-street parking near this house. But we managed and it was the best 10 days we've ever spent! I highly recommend this home, Villatel and Solterra.

Recent stay

When we arrived the check in was easy. The property was amazing. There was plenty of room for all 19 of us. No one was on top of each other. There was plenty of things for everyone to do. I do however have a few complaints. First is the entrance process, I have stayed at many resorts and have never had to wait in a line that takes 20 or minutes to just get in the gate. There should be some other way for people that have checked in already to not have to wait in that long line. Second, the parking on the streets is awful. It was so difficult maneuvering through the streets with the cars sticking out if driveways, cars parked in road in no assigned spot. It was very difficult to not hit another vehicle. I was told that cars not parked properly would be towed, however every morning and night these cars were still parked illegally.

The house was amazing! My family absolutely loved everything about it. The movie room was perfect for entertaining the kids, as well as the pool area where they spent majority of their time at. Disney is only a couple minutes away which is perfect for the kids

Best Vacation Home Ever!!!!!

My family and I had the best time and stay at this home. This home is very spacious, everyone in my family was very comfortable. The house came equipped with everything. Even when I had minor issues (questions about theatre system), the host came out right away to help us with any issues that we had. The house was very clean; and beautiful.

Good place to reconnect with family

The property was filled with plenty of activities for family to bond over. We enjoyed the theater and games available. The two refrigerators and dishwashers were also a favorite feature. Driving to the house we were a bit skeptical becaus of all the trash accumulated in front of other homes. Another down side was the house not being available until 40 minutes after our scheduled check in, but the service person did explain that the previous party had left a lot to tidy. There were two bedrooms where curtains were pulled down but still functional and one of the shower curtains had mold. There was another shower that had mold within the shower door rails and the patio light was not functional and appeared as if the bulb was ripped out. These discrepancies did not keep us from enjoying our stay and our young guest didn't notice anything wrong. The only other technical issue we faced was the wi-fi name and password that were crossed out in the book were the proper ones to connect to the internet. Other than this it was quite enjoyable and our children will never forget all of the fun and memories made there.
