Room isolated by exit door used through night and early morning. Also lock on exterior door broken and open to public with exterior door slamming shut. Never again Hampton, you were sub par, with little regard for safety or convenience, two TVs one remote, not to mention mold on celling, yuk.

The hotel location is phenomenal specially for those who enjoy universal and the international drive area. The breakfast is ok and we always appreciate the 24/7 coffee. The staff is very friendly. However, the hotel has a housekeeping issue and regardless we requested full clean service everyday during our stay that did not happened. The first day we had to put the garbage out. The second night, housekeeping only added towels and removed the garbage. The housekeeping staff did not make the beds and did not collect the dirty towels. The third night we got to the room and it was not clean at all. We were very tired and frustrated. I took pictures and went to the front desk of the hotel. Faviana who was the desk clerk apologized for the inconvenience and offered to change our room for a clean room because the housekeeping staff were gone by that time at night. Faviana made sure we move from our room to the room next door to minimize all the inconvenience that we experienced. She was very professional and she made sure that for the rest of our stay we had a full housekeeping service.
