Do NOT stay here if you're going to Disney World. Their listed amenities are a lie. They do not offer free parking, parking is $7 a night. Their shuttle service is literally the worst we've ever experienced. The earliest shuttle doesnt even leave the hotel to go to the parks till 935am. Coming back is even worse. They have one shuttle that goes back to the hotel at 415pm and not another till 1030pm. Their breakfast was disappointing for the brand. The only thing this place has going for it is the housekeeping.

Pleasant stay

This hotel is amazing the room was clean and check in very easy. Not to takeaway from the positive experience but...the lady who ran the park ticket desk was very unprofessional. We had issues finding the address to epcot. We asked her assistance and she said don't you have a phone. We asked again and she said let me see your app. She really seemed put out as if we interrupted her lazy time.
