My mini fridge did not work and all my food went bad. No cold or hot signs of shower handle. Grocery bag instead or trash bags in the trash cans. Not great.

The room was very clean and spacious. The price was great. However, paying for parking kind of off sets that. Garbage cans are very very tiny, could not fit much of anything. People were leaving bags of garbagr near the elevators. And personally, the worst part was the drain pipe. It was DIRECTLY outside my window which caused a loud tink tink tink sound,.making it impossible to sleep. Lastly, every time we would sit on end of bed, could hear a loud clunk sound.

I liked the location. Outside of the property was well maintained. Nice covered entrance, especially helpful for liading and u loading during the rain. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent. What I didn't like was the musty smell of the AC and the carpet didn't feel clean. The water from the tap and showered smelled and tasted burnt. It definitely was not pleasant. The bed was very soft and uncomfortable for my liking. I'm sure others would've been fine with it. To be honest, I couldn't wait to check out of the hotel. Just not comfortable enough for me.

Breakfast was amazing, free shuttle to SeaWorld, pool was great. Parking was cost effective and easy. Customer service and the front desk were AMAZING! Will be back again for sure.
