Everything was great. Stayed 3 nights as a getaway to go to theme parks. Fabiola was great when we checked in and accommodating us when we checked in. Honestly, the staff in general was wonderful. I would definitely consider staying there again.

We arrived 4 hours early then our check-in time The room was ready and they allowed us to check in early Vanessa at the front desk was very nice and pleasant to visit with. The room we had was probably the largest hotel room I've ever stayed in It had to be over 600 ft² every night was super quiet the breakfast was typical Hampton inn scrambled eggs sausage fruit but but okay to eat we enjoyed that everything was within walking distance and enjoyed seeing parts of Orlando by foot we would do the trip again and stay there

Very dated, dirty, unmaintained, poorly staffed property. Leaky/drippy/loose plumbing. Dirt and dust all around breakfast area. Far back in a distant parking lot with unlit signage. Up against the noisy highway. Front desk often unstaffed with no way to check in or get assistance. Very disappointing.

Universal trip

Well, to describe the hotel first of all if you don’t have a good eyesight, you’re not even gonna see it. You’re gonna pass by because there is no signage lit up with the hotel clean or anything else. This is the first thing we going to the room we get comfortable we put on our stuff away great room great size no problem. My daughter is laying in her bed and a roach just starts walking up to her face call the office no sorry didn’t call the office sent a text. They replied I don’t know what they did. My wife took care of that but one roach means there’s more Hopefully should do pest control work.
And this one was a baby
One baby means there’s hundreds of them
Hopefully the hotel gets some pest control other than that it was great

I really liked the hotel. The beds were soft and the room was clean. However, we were right beside the interstate and it was very loud at night. It made sleeping difficult. The hotel provides ear plugs in your room, so they are aware of the problem, and are trying to help. But, if you are a light sleeper this is something to consider before booking.

Great Stay!

Sara at Front desk was fantastic!! Got us checked in quickly. Our room was clean and nicely decorated. You could hear the traffic but it wasn't enough to keep us awake. The have a fridge, microwave, coffee pot and that was my only complaint. No paper towels or forks etc.And Coffee was 2 pods, when they were gone, that was it. You had to go downstairs to get a cuppa joe. Over all tho it was fantastic.

Hotel very good. Driveway a little hard to find and unfortunately the two businesses out from out of business. Still a good hotel! Wish they had free internet without having to sign up for rewards card. I have Hilton honors, but booked through “hotels”. Give free internet without like other hotels!

2 start hotel showing its wear. DANGEROUS exposed contacts on desk lamp in front of TV in queen suite with studio couch. Rickety somewhat scary elevator no. 1; no. 2 was better. Poor water pressure in shower. Not enough breakfast seating.

Huge Room!
