The Space:

Soft morning light filters through the open-concept living area as you settle into the quiet rhythm of the home, surrounded by views of the private pool and the calm of the Reunion community. Evenings unfold at an easy pace, whether you spend them gathered in the spacious living area or enjoying the warm Florida air outdoors. This two-story retreat offers room for groups to spread out, unwind, and enjoy time together between days exploring nearby theme parks.



Sleeping arrangements

Six spacious themed bedrooms are arranged across two levels, giving everyone space and privacy. Downstairs, one bedroom features a Queen bed with an ensuite bathroom, along with a full pull-out couch that may sleep two additional guests. Another downstairs bedroom offers a Queen bed. Upstairs, two bedrooms each include two Twin beds, while a third features a King bed, and another offers a Queen bed. With 3.5 bathrooms throughout the home, getting ready for the day is simple even for larger groups.



Outdoor living

The private pool becomes a natural gathering point, paired with outdoor furniture and loungers where you can settle in after time at the parks or start your day in the warm Florida air. The outdoor entertainment area provides space to relax, unwind, or enjoy quiet moments in between adventures.



Kitchen and dining

A large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances offers everything you need to prepare meals at your own pace. The spacious dining area brings everyone together comfortably, whether you are sharing a slow breakfast before heading out or gathering for dinner after a full day.



Conveniences and in-home amenities

The home includes a washer and dryer, air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and essentials such as bed linens and towels. Entertainment options include a TV and a dedicated workspace for those who need to stay connected. Bathroom and laundry essentials are provided, along with a private entrance for added convenience. Parking is available on the premises.



Recreation and relaxation

Guests can enjoy the pool, hot tub, and gym, along with the easy flow of indoor and outdoor spaces designed for both gathering and unwinding. Hangers, clothing storage, a pack 'n play/travel crib, and other thoughtful touches support comfortable stays for families and groups.

Located in Reunion, the home sits within a gated community known for its golf courses, peaceful streets, and welcoming feel. The surrounding area offers a wide variety of dining options, attractions, and outdoor activities just beyond the gates, including easy access to Orlando's major theme parks and local points of interest.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities such as:



-Seven Eagles: Pool, Spas, Fitness Centers and Linear Park;

-Homestead: Pool, Wading Pool, and Spa;

-Carriage Pointe: Pool and Spa;

-Heritage Crossing: 2 Pools (A and B), Wading Pool, and Spa;

-The Terraces: Pool, Spa, Gazebo, and Pavilion;

-Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park;

-Grand Traverse Parkway: Playground and Outdoor Fitness Center.



IMPORTANT: Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities. This RFID will ONLY grant access to the community amenities listed above. Please note that we do NOT have access to Reunion's water park. Additionally, the loss of this card will incur a $150 fine.



Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience (Palmer, Nicklaus or Watson Golf Courses). Please note that booking and any associated fees are the responsibility of the guest.



The Neighborhood:

Reunion is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full time residents, so please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts! :) While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment!



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side by side.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
