This is the second time we have stayed here as convenient for the airport after a long flight. Comfortable large room with kitchen. All was very clean and very happy to stay again next time we are in town.

We checked into the hotel on Sundayevening. The water supply was cut off on Monday morning. Initially, we were informed that it would be repaired within three hours. However, the water was not restored until 8:00 PM. To make matters worse, the water was cut off again just one hour later. We were left without any running water for the entire day. During this period, we requested bottled water from the front desk as a basic necessity, but they refused to provide it. We are extremely dissatisfied with this travel experience, as the hotel failed to provide the most basic living essentials. Therefore, we request a full refund for our stay.

The rooms and the hotel itself are very nice. I had a problem at the beginning. I had an adjoining room. I could hear everything my neighbor was saying. And when I called to asked to be moved, she called next-door. I could hear the whole conversation it was very uncomfortable. I was on a work trip. I had class and I needed quiet so I could study. That was really inappropriate to call to mention that I could hear everything. Some other things too but overall once I was settled in it was fine but the hotel was nice. The staff was OK.

The zink in the bathrooms was clog and the tub was clog as well airports shuttle was fine from the airport to the hotel the driver was friendly nice and very professional how ever the friver back from the hotel on monday was not friendly or nice when he pull up in sit in the van did not come out to help with the luggage another passanger help me with my luggage and help me in and out of the van the room was ok the staff was excellent breakfast was not what i expected
