This location was beside SeaWorld. It was very convenient while we were visiting the park. Unfortunately when we got to the room, the air conditioning in the living area was making loud noise and the bathroom faucet was leaking out into the floor. We reported it immediately to the front desk. A young man informed he couldn’t just take my word for it and said he needed to confirm the two issues. He also said he could not accommodate me with another king suite so we would have to stay in a double bed suite with a charge. I stated I was a former diamond Hilton member and was surprised by his response and customer service? My husband and I sat in the lobby to wait for him to send someone to the room and check it. He finally came to me and provided a key to a new suite with double beds and did not charge me an increased price. I thanked him and we went to the new room. My former Hilton travels were always very comfortable with excellent high customer care and why I still travel using Hilton. I chalked this up to a training issue with this employee.

Homewood Suites Hilton Orlando Theme Parks was wonderful. The staff was very helpful and kind. I made an error when booking my reservation that they handled quickly and kindly to make sure I could still receive my rewards points. My app was also acting up with the virtual key card when we checked in, and they also handled that quickly! The hotel itself is super close to everything! It is minutes away from universal, sea world, disney, and both the Orange County Convention Center and The Orlando Convention Center and Disney Sports Resort (in case you are considering staying for cheer!) Parking is always available, and reasonably priced ($26 a night- and I promise it's not cheaper anywhere else in Orlando). The pool and sports court were wonderful. The pool was super clean and never too crowded. There is also a firepit and seating right outside of the pool that was lovely to sit at at night. The rooms themselves are perfect for a long stay! With plenty of space and the kitchenette is perfect for saving money by heating up leftovers or cooking your own meals. 10/10 would stay again!

I'd stay again

The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The only negative mark I have is that the HVAC system sounded like a jet engine starting up everytime it ran. I'm sure not all room were like that. I would still recommend this place and it's very likely that I stay there again.

I rented the room with a king bed and a sofa bed, but the sofa bed is terribly broken down. I was so disappointed because I and my two kids slept on the same bed (which is fine). However, my husband had to sleep on the floor for 2 nights. The staff said they have no other room available for us, or we’ll have to go somewhere else with the refundable. It was like 12 at night, and we couldn’t go anywhere else. Finally, they said they’ll give us 1 night refund. I don’t know how long it’ll take, hopefully it won’t give me any headaches. YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THE PARKING, too. I would never go there again!!!

Easy check in. Room clean. Bed comfortable. Outrageous $27/night parking fee. Breakfast area large and comfortable. Fan in the room had no toggle switch to set speed. I had to use a pen tip to move the switch. Then the fan did not run when the light was off. The AC unit sounded like a jet engine taking off but we did sleep ok. A light sleeper would have had a problem I rated 4 star.

The location of the property is very convenient for me. The excessive parking fees of $27 per day are unacceptable. Previously, there were no parking fees if one stayed for 7 days or more. Applying these fees to self-park a car is only exploitation on the hotel's behalf. A deal breaker for me the next time.

We loved it here but had a really difficult time sleeping with the extremely loud air conditioning unit. I think that would maybe need an update but everything else was clean and very well kept.
