Very friendly, professional and capable staff. Check-in was flawless, rooms are excellently sized and appointed. Definitely has been kept up with decor and upgrades obvious in almost all spaces. The elevator is the only exception. Lots of food options available nearby as well as a bar/restaurant onsite, breakfast offerings were plentiful.. Minutes from the airport, shuttle available. This property is an airport location and has substantial air traffic noise and seems to be directly in the flight path

Check in was difficult as you had to pay for parking via phone. Couldn’t be added to room charge. Morning of departure, staff wasn’t at desk. Waiting for 10 mins then started pounding on door to kitchen to get someone to help me checkout/get receipt. One Elevator want working. Housekeeping was friendly and stopped in to see if needed towel and amenities, which was appreciated.

I’m First Hyatt Stay

My first trip to this Hyatt. Great spacious, comfortable, clean room. I didn’t realize parking had to be paid separately ($20 for one night). I would recommend this hotel. The location is close to many dining options, some of which are walkable.

Selected Hyatt Place Orlando due to proximity to airport for an overnight layover. Staff was very friendly and really appreciated the complimentary shuttle service.
