Room very nice - comfortable clean. Location chosen for ease to airport. Walking slightly dangerous as road almost more a highway…tricky to cross. Workout room ventilation could be better. Pool quite small.

There was a parking fee which I did not see in the listing but the more annoying part was you have to do it yourself. They show you qr code and you have to set up account and fill out. After long travels I was so incredibly tired it was difficult before going to sleep.

Remodeled hotel. But most of the HVAC systems in the rooms had serious mildew/mold smells. Staff in the eating area were not nice and did not care about customers. Were very rude and not helpful at all and the dinner service was fairly poor and unprofessional as well, compared to most Hyatt places I have stayed at. I was going through a rough patch and a death in the family. The front desk agent was over the top to the point that it was humiliating for me. I even gave some feedback to the GM and she just sort of laughed at me. For just a stay over of one night is would be ok. And the breakfast food quality was very good. Just staff need to remember it is not all about them and also less is more far as showing concern for a guest, but to not overdo it to the point of humiliation. Boundaries...

main problem was food. Eggs appeared to be powered and had little flavor. Both mornings when bacon and sausage the meat was literally floating in grease. Had to use two napkins just to soak some of it away. The "fruit" each of the four days I was there was nothing more than cut uo Grapefruit, reg and pink, with no effort made to remove any of the pulp. Not many people actually eat Grapefruit to begin with. Seems like it was a cheap alternative to real melon, berries, etc.The second day they had out a huge bowl of bananas that appeared to be over a week old. Very bruised and old. I chose this hotel for the full breakfast but it left much to be desired.
