Raw sewage coming out of sinks , showers

Unfortunately, this was not a good stay. There was sewage coming out of the shower probably about a half a foot or more sewage was also coming out of the sinks. We did not have any bedding besides sheets I let Jake know multiple times what was going on and never heard back from him. I also contacted the property management at the condo multiple times throughout the night. I noticed they moved the people next to us in the middle of the night probably were having the same sewage issue. I’m not happy about this situation and I am usually super easy-going. Very frustrated that I never heard back from Jake. When I let VRBO know, they reached out to him and never heard back either. The property itself is very nice if it did not have the major sewage issue which may be fixed now The communication with Jake was super poor. I never asked to take for a refund. I just told him I wanted him to know about the issue so that it could be remedied for future customers since he never responded to me. I would definitely like a refund now.

Waterslides are an EXTRA 25/person/day!

Place was nice. I don't have complaints about the actual unit I had. I thought (based on the labeled pictures of the 'pool' that had many waterslides, and the listing mentioning that the amenities included the 'pool') that it was a cool place with waterslides. I found out at checkin that they were was an extra 25/day/person. 100/day for a family of 4. This is why I picked this place. I could have gotten 100 cheaper per night at another location. I picked this for the waterslides, etc. I messaged the host on the 1st day -- unresponsive. I messaged verbo on the 1st day -- unresponsive. I'm currently fighting with them. Please beware that the waterpark is NOT included. The actual suite was nice. There wasn't much complementary stuff like cooking oil, salt or sugar....so be prepared to get most items you need from the store.

Great Resort

I had no idea what to expect other than I knew this resort was going to be very big. I was so relieved to be able to pull our car right up to our room with only one small flight of stairs. Everything about the space was perfect, I’d go as far as saying it was better than the photos. The only thing I’d caution is because the location is so close to the parks, getting home for the day would take well over an hour to travel 2/3 miles.

Great Property, Even Better Location

The resort was huge and very nice. The rooms were very big and clean. The location was fantastic. Close to all of the parks. Communication was excellent. I would definitely book here again.

Home away from Home

Overall I enjoyed my stay. Although it was located in the township Center. We were put in a villa which is an older version of Westgate. We did not know until we got there that we had to stay in the villa. We asked at the desk to stay in town center bu the manager was insisting on us going to the villa. Although there were availability in the town center. We needed help with internet and found out that the internet is really bad in the overall westgate town center. Upon leaving we were cleaning and noticed there was no broom in our villa Lastly, i left my iPhone EarPods and a fire stick. I called and reported them being left. Left a message with Lost and found and they still did not communicate back to me. But the host was excellent, helpful and understanding.

Beyond impressed

The over all experience was great. We arrived parked our car and never needed it. Everything you need is right at your fingertips. Let me start with the check in the lady we had was phenomenal she interacted with my kids which are 14 yesr old boys kept their attention told them the best basketball court to head to explained which pools were the best and whoch had hot tubs and the better of the bunch. She then mapped out how to get to our place (and because the boys told her I'm bad with directions) she jokingly said "oh and if you miss your turn its ok go this way" and proceeded to map out another route.. and guess what we missed the turn and took the second route in my defense I was super excited 🤣. The unit itself so nice, well maintained and everything it promised in the details. Check out is easy you just leave the door keys there and head out they take care of everything for you whoch makes loading up and heading out real nice especially if you have a long drive or flight you have to make. Not everything can be perfect I will say one down fall is (which is no fault to Jake) however the train does not always run as it says it does. We did not get to ride at all we waited multiple times and it would be over an hour wait with still no show. Then we finally made it and the guy actually kicked the people off that were on and said he was parking at the next stop for a break. We waited for the last run the night before our departure it never showed so I called the office just to see if it would make its rounds it was 4:45 we had been waiting already 15 minutes they kept me on hold until 530 just to say it's last run was at 5:30 for the night. So that was a little disappointing. They have like 14 pools but the water park is an extra charge. But all the sites walking to all the different pools is very nice. Thank you Jake for a wonderful stay. ❤️

Due to a hurricane our arrival was delayed and we were unable to check in until 1:30am on our day of departure. Had we been in Orlando on the 10th as scheduled I am sure we would have found more to enjoy at the property besides 5 hours of sleep…

Very nice short stay

Check in was easy, plenty of parking, the villa we were assigned to was super clean and nicely updated. The drive to our Disney park took 12 minutes. So convenient! Only downside was that we had to leave. This is the kind of place that makes you want to stay a while.

My family and I are happy that we chose this place to stay. We would have liked to stay much more days, but the 2 days we were enjoyed and all the services very well. Excellent cleanliness, very attentive and courteous employees. the place is central just 13 minutes from magic kingdom. we would choose again.

I’d stay again

Pros •location is close to the Disney parks •a lot of activities in the resort (tennis, volleyball, pool) •restaurants inside the resort •overall clean property •secured entry •nice room (pretty, big shower, screened in patio) •reasonable cost Cons •no Disney shuttles (false advertising) •thin walls (upstairs neighbors kept us awake all night) •dirty comforter •water park is additional cost •electric car chargers didn’t work

The experience of the home was nice. Nice resort. Nice amenities for the family. The trip was worth it. The maintenance team was attentive. The front desk was attentive. Was disappointed about not being about to go to water park, since I was informed it came with stay. But we enjoyed everything else that came with our stay.

Perfect Getaway

We had an amazing time! We’ve come to Westgate many times over the years and there is still no disappointment. I was so pleasantly surprised by the updates to the condo we stayed in. Unfortunately the weather was quite cool, but we still enjoyed one of the heated pools available to us. Jake was so very responsive and helpful throughout the process. Will definitely be back!

Nice Place

Very nice place to stay. Lots of pools for the kids to use. Restaurants, Starbucks, parks, horse shoes. Room was very nice and clean. Housekeeping was very prompt when we needed towels. Only downfall for us, was the multiple calls we got from the resort trying to convince us do a timeshare tour. We had already paid for our room , yet they still called 1-2x per day with all different kinds of offers. We were just trying to enjoy your vacation and not waste any of our time.

Nice place but choose building carefully

The accommodations were spacious and nice for our family. The water park, pools, resort events kept the kids (5,7) entertained, they had a blast. Overall it was a enjoyable experience. The only major issue was having our room located with a basketball court right behind our room. 2 out of 5 nights kids were playing basketball at 2:00am- almost 3am. Check the map and avoid rooms near possible sleep disruptions.
