Our house is approximately 10 minutes drive from Disney (only) and 30 minutes away from Orlando International Airport. Lucaya Village offers a fabulous clubhouse with a business center, top-notch resort-style community spa/pool, modernly equipped fitness center, and an exceptional entertainment saloon. Not just that, the Village also has a bakery for fresh breads for breakfast, basketball court for sport enthusiasts, a BBQ pit, an EV Charging station and outdoor playground to name a few which are all accessible from 7am to 10am.  With only a very short travel time to Walt Disney World, Sea World, and Universal Studios, you and your family will surely be able to spend an enjoyable and quality time. Walmart, CVS, and Target are just a few minutes away, and here are also plenty of restaurants around the area that will definitely suit your palate.

Our house has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. With the master bedroom set downstairs and the suite (with a private bathroom) upstairs, there will always be a place for privacy. Cable TV and internet are provided (internet speed is strong enough for online meetings and streaming). Kitchen is well equipped with a range for multiple meal preparations, microwave, disposal, coffee machine, and refrigerator. Parking is not an issue as you may always park just right on the curb of your home. For maximum comfortability, heating and cooling systems are both centralized. With its conventional architectural style, what is there not to like in this beautiful home?

Other Things to Note:
No resort fee.

No Party Policy: It is our strict policy to forbid any parties/raves at the property. Since this is a residential area, high noise levels are restricted from 10 pm-7 am. We would appreciate that you respect the house and environment in which you choose to stay in.

No Smoking Policy: Please be aware that any form of smoking may activate the house smoke alarm and any tampering with our fire detector will incur a fine. Should we believe that the guests have been smoking/vaping in bedrooms, balcony, patio or any part of the house, a smoking fine will be charged for deep cleaning.

No Pet Policy: Although we love animals, we do have a strict "NO PET POLICY" to maintain the cleanliness of the house. You are subject to be charged an extra fee for non-compliance.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
** This property is self-catering. A small starter kit is provided for your arrival, including 3 dishwasher tablets, 2 trash bags, 1 new sponge, 1 kitchen paper towel, 1 starter soap per bathroom, and 1 roll of toilet paper per toilet. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed during their stay.

What to Expect Before Check-in

Just like when you check in at a hotel, Florida law (Florida Statutes, Chapter 509.101(2)) requires a quick guest registration before your stay. We’ve made this process fully digital so it’s simple and secure, while also protecting both you and us from the scams that unfortunately occur in the Orlando area.

Here’s how it works:

After booking, you’ll receive a short online form to complete.

You’ll be asked to upload a photo of your ID and a selfie holding the ID to confirm your reservation.

For added security, we’ll also request a photo of the card used for the booking and a selfie holding the card—similar to how hotels verify your ID and credit card at check-in.

Once everything is verified, we’ll provide your digital door code so you can go straight to your vacation home.

Please note: at least one guest must be 21 years or older and present during the stay.

Important: If registration is not fully completed as described above, guests will not be granted access to the property and no refund will be issued. In such cases, the reservation is considered a no-show.

Important House Rules

No smoking and no pets are permitted inside any of our properties.

Homes are for vacation use only and may not be used as a permanent residence.

Maintenance or pest control visits may be scheduled during your stay; our team reserves the right to access the property if needed.

Security Deposit

$500 for stays up to 28 nights.
$1,000 for stays of 29 nights or more.

The security deposit is charged to your credit card and refunded after check-out once our cleaning and inspection team confirms there are no issues. Please allow 7–14 days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Pool Heating (Optional)

Available upon request for $35 + tax per day (7-day minimum).

For same-week requests, a $50 service activation fee applies.

Heating runs daily from 8 AM to 8 PM, with temperatures subject to weather conditions.

Cancellation Policy

By booking this property, you agree to the cancellation policy listed on the booking site.

A 5% processing fee applies to all cancellations (deducted from the amount already paid).

Please note: Failure to complete the registration process (as outlined in the check-in requirements) will result in denial of access to the property and no refund will be issued. This will be considered a no-show.

We highly recommend travel insurance for added peace of mind.
