The villa was tired and worn. There was only 5 forks in a villa meant to sleep 20!. There was no change of linen or sufficient towels there was not even a tea towel. There was not enough pots and pans. No lights worked in the pool area and this resort is used by Floridians to party at weekends. We had both properties next to us with people just there for the weekend. The details for the villa says it is minutes from the clubhouse, NO what is nearby is a pool for people who do not want the noise of the main resort amenities. The main clubhouse is 15 mins walk?. The only saving grace for this villa was the beds, which were very comfortable.

Great for groups

Very spacious. Plenty of dishes including plastic for the kids. Highly themed rooms for the kids were a nice perk. About 15-20 minutes to the park. No security guard or gate code, which was fine with us but unexpected as other resort communities we've stayed at in the area had both.

Terrible experience for our vacation

We checked in on Saturday and had to contact the management company about the bedding 2 of the bedrooms. One (Star Wars room) was broken and just a mattress on the floor. The other (Minions room) had a broken box spring and could not be slept in. After leaving a message and getting no response I called them again and spoke to someone that assured me the issues would be taken care of. Monday we still had nothing fixed and family members were having to sleep in couches! We paid for an 8 bedroom house and could only use 6 of the bedrooms. This was completely unacceptable. After multiple texts and phone calls throughout the week of my stay the beds were fixed on Friday afternoon. We were checking out Saturday morning! The jets in the spa were also not working and I let the management company know about that as well. Also, the amount of towels and linens in the house was not sufficient for the amount of bathrooms and people so we were doing laundry every day of our vacation just so each person could have 1 towel each day. The carpet was filthy and not as represented in the pictures. Overall, the experience with this rental was the worst I have ever had with VRBO. This property is listed as a Premier Host property and VRBO should reevaluate this listing.

Terrible service for problems at the rental.

We checked in on Saturday afternoon and saw that two of the bedrooms had broken beds. Called the phone number listed to have them fixed Sunday morning. I was told that someone would be by to take care of it Monday. I continued to call and text the rest of the week and no help was sent. Finally on Friday afternoon (we were checking out the next morning) we got the two beds fixed. We were not able to use 2 of the 8 bedrooms during our stay and had family sleeping on couches! This was unacceptable. I was very dissatisfied with the service we received. I'm not sure if the problem lies with the management company or the homeowner but this system they have is NOT working. I was finally able to get a partial refund which I appreciate but the week was already ruined for some of our family because they were not able to use the beds. The pool was nice but the jets in the spa were not working and I requested for someone to come look at it on Sunday when I originally called and nothing was done for that problem either. The linens and towels were not sufficient for the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms. We had to wash towels daily just so people could shower each day. This property is listed as a Premier Host property and is sorely lacking. VRBO should reevaluate this property for their site. I have stayed in other Premiere Host properties and had wonderful experiences and great communication. I felt like I was not important to them once they received my last payment.
