This resort is extremely safe with security when coming in not just anybody can come in which I love that also it’s so kids friendly! the pool is clean, the staff is friendly and the lifeguards are always looking out for our littles. The front desk are so helpful we call this resort “Chick-fil-A service” that’s how good it is! we are already planning to go back to Disney and stay here again that’s how good is it. Disney parks are close by as well.

The only major problem is getting on the main highway. Other then that nice quiet area kids enjoyed their vacation & the room was spacious enough for our family of 4.

Just a want to let everyone know that they do charge a 300$ deposit as well, I stayed from the 8th-11th and I still have yet to receive my deposit back I’ve called numerous times and all they say is it takes 10 days to receive depending on my bank. It’s been well over and I have photos of how I left the room, it was clean and spotless so there’s no point in keeping my deposit. This will be the last time I visit a Hilton vacation spot.

Had ants in the room. Had a 1 king 2 twin room. All beds were rock hard. Pillows lumpy. Never had a Hilton like this.
