Family vacation

Very close to stores, restaurants, parks and interstate. We liked that it’s close but set back off the major road so there was a sense of privacy. It was a good feeling knowing there is security 24/7 and the area was well lit. Also the pool and landscaping is well maintained. The unit was clean, very well equipped down to little details (which I greatly appreciated as I love to cook) and homey feeling. Our host Claudete was readily available and easy to communicate with. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back and recommend staying here.

Great Stay

Nice clean apt. Stayed for 5 days while on vacation as a family. Clean, open, and air conditioner worked great! Quiet, and easy to access. Keys and parking permit were in apt., which made it easy to navigate getting in and access to pool. Quick response for anything we needed by the manager.

Perfect place

We came to Kissimmee for a few days to go to the Magic Kingdom. The location was perfect. The pool was a great way to cool down after a long day. The lanai was a great to enjoy our morning coffee.

AAU tournament

We were in town for the AAU Girls VB National Championships. This location was easy to get to/from the Convention Center. We appreciated the gated community, amenities- easy access to pools & fitness center. We have recommended this location to others and would stay here again if we visit Orlando in the future.

A safe haven from the theme parks

The location was great for getting to Disney World, and even Universal and the airport. And the setting was quiet. The apartment itself was very comfortable. The balcony overlooked an aerated pond (no gators were spotted.) The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and ready for us when we arrived. Kitchen had all the essentials: pots and pans, plates and cups, coffee maker, toaster, wine bottle opener, and more. So we had what we needed for breakfast and late night snacks. The pool was easy to get to and refreshing. The complex' management office was located by the pool, but we had no reason to talk to them.

Badkamervloer vies overal haar op de grond. Stopcontact kinderkamer zit los komt van de muur. Erg veel overlast van de bovenburen. Aantal keer moeten vragen naar toegangscode. Eerder vertrokken ivm geluidsoverlast van bovenburen. Refund terugegekregen maar veel te weinig. Krijg geen specificatie van de refund. Wordt niet meer gereageerd door host. Wordt van alles beloofd maar uiteindelijk passen ze de data aan van het verblijf waardoor de prijs van 8 nachten nu ineens net zo duur.is als de in eerste instantie geboekte 15 nachten! We hebben eerder in legacy dunes verbleven maar.dit nog nooit meegemaakt. Waardeloze afhandeling van alles.
