PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES)
• You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep.
• If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the door step.
• For extra security, you may wish to send the packages to our Master Vacation Homes office for pick-up before and during your stay for a small fee. Please let us know and we'll provide you the address!
WHAT'S INCLUDED:
The following starter supplies are provided in the unit
*We provide linens that are already professionally made and on bed waiting for you to rest after a fun filled day in Florida.
*One bath towel, one hand towel and one wash cloth per paid guests.
*Starter supply of toilet paper in every bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 garbage bags, every shower has shampoo/conditioner and body wash, hand soap at every sink. Please bring more if needed. No other supplies will be provided. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.
HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
GRILL: Gas grill available (Fill your own gas, a propane tank is available for your convenience). No charcoal use in gas grill.
TRASH DISPOSAL: Please place trash in front of curb. Must be in closed bags or it will not be picked up or you may put trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home. Community may fine you if trash is not in closed bags.
PETS:
Pets up to 40lbs are allowed. Maximum 1 pet. Cost is $250 per pet. Additional pets require pre-approval. Breed restrictions apply. Must clean up after pet inside and outside. Additional cleaning fees shall apply for any accidents, too much hair, fleas removal, etc.
Guest Access:

*Free access to the resort amenities. Operated by HOA and we have no control in operations and use.

Windsor at Westside Resort, Orlando Florida is one of the most popular resort communities in the Orlando/Kissimmee area. We, Florida Vacation Homes, are a one of many local property management companies that offers a selection of vacation homes for rent in the resort. This fantastic gated resort was built by Pulte Homes and the resort amenities are operated for the HOA by Castle Group. Featuring an extraordinary 10,000 sq.ft. clubhouse, lake & pier, zero-entry resort-style pool complete with a waterslide, lazy river, and Kids’ water playground. The Tu Casa Tiki bar & fireplace lounge serves food for poolside dining. There is also a fitness center, volleyball courts, and a sundry shop and video arcade. The ideal location offers easy access to the Disney World® theme parks via toll road 429. Also, close by are many dining and shopping options.
Other Things to Note:
*$60 delivery of full propane gas tank.
*$40/night for pool & spa heat. Minimum 3 nights and for duration of the stay.
*pool heat does take several hours to heat and will heat if outside temperatures is above 65F. No refunds for pool & spa heat.
*AC control is at a maximum low of 70f. Temperatures below this shall result in shutting down of entire AC system due to freezing of the unit.
