Only issue was the microwaves were only in the main lobby not accessible for the rooms. The stay was amazing easy access to the pools and great services at the bars and all across the resort.

I love the pool area. However at the end of the day they run out of towels. I wish both pool bars were open. There’s no activities other than the swimming that I saw. Wish there was large yard games. I didn’t have any soap in my room. There was shower gel in the shower we used as hand soap but even the pump was broken. The check in process was really long and the water refreshment station at check in was empty

We have stayed at this property before in their rental home side. This time there were only four of us, so we thought we’d try the hotel. We arrived early hoping to use the pool and included waterpark passes. Our room wasn’t ready, so we checked our bags and headed to the waterpark. It is nice that they provide transportation, however I will say it is completely walkable, if you’re wondering. We got rained out and headed back to the hotel. They were supposed to call when our room was ready, but at 4pm we still hadn’t received a call so I got in the extremely long lobby line to check on the room. An hour later we finally got to the front. An hour. In this day and age of digital key cards this was rediculous, especially since I already had pre-checked in. The rooms are cute but definitely dated. The faucet handles were shaky, poor water pressure. Beds were comfortable. TV was cable so couldn’t watch Disney+ or Netflix. The pool area is lovely, but unfortunately not open due to rain. The on-site restaurant was very good. Great kids options. The line honestly put a bad taste in my mouth for the one night stay. Maybe if I stayed longer it wouldn’t have stuck with me. Customer service was not important from a corporate perspective. All of the workers pleasant

The overall trip was good. I’ve stayed here before and I still feel they need to put a shower door on the showers. Water gets Al over the floor and it’s starting to lift up the vinyl floors. Also, if the staff finds items left behind, they should place a courtesy call to the guest. My daughter left a pair of beats headphones and I never got a phone call to let me know that they were there. Would I stay again after this, it’s questionable.

We were able to access the resort before our room was ready — we rented a Cabana and enjoyed pool-side service for food and drinks! It was an amazing day spent by the pool. We did get free waterpark passes, but chose to stick by the pool! Rooms were clean and spacious, loved the balcony and decor. Only feedback would be during check-in time. Lines were longgg and so wasn’t the process. But overall great experience and stay!

Beds were comfy, the pool area and cabana were very aesthetically pleasing and so was the lobby. The staff were very nice as well. Bathroom door in the room was broken and had to be repaired, water pressure was almost non-existent in the shower and toilet. AC unit leaked though floor, and there wasn’t much to do aside from relaxing by the pool.

We checked in to a room with the AC not working, they tried to fix it the night we checked in so we gave it some time to see if it would work.. well it didn’t. The next day our room was at 80 degrees the whole day, come to find out the compressor was broken. Went to see if they would give us another room, at first they said they were completely booked and offered us box fans. Supervisor came and gave us another room
