This modern European-inspired-décor is ready for guests who expect the best and wish to have a holiday experience in luxury, without paying exorbitant 5 star hotel rates. It has four bedrooms (including two masters with King size beds) and three bathrooms. One baby bed and two high chairs are also available. When staying at the villa, you can expect nothing but the best.... flat screen TVs in all bedrooms and a 55' TV with soundbar in the family room, Apple TV, Music system in all rooms, Free Wi-Fi, fully air conditioned, ceiling fans in all rooms, fine linens, hotel quality towels and a fully equipped kitchen. What about two fully air conditioned (unique) game rooms??!! One featuring a pool table and an air hockey table. The other one a PS4 room with brilliant games. Enjoy the privacy of your south-facing pool and Jacuzzi with stunning view and a lot of privacy.... six sun loungers and shaded dining table under a big lanai with a cooling ceiling fan. It’s all about location and our Villa is set in a quiet community of Orange Tree close to all the theme parks in the Orlando area…..for example Disney is only 15 minutes away, Seaworld 20 minutes and Universal 25 minutes. The Publix Supermarket is only 3 minutes away and Wal-Mart 5 minutes….not to mention over 100 restaurants within a 15 minutes drive. Besides that you will have at Orange Tree community tennis, basketball court, soccer pitch and free access to orange groves for juice oranges during the season.
