The room was clean, tidy, and had everything we needed, and the surroundings were clean as well. The breakfast had a good variety, and the staff member was always attentive to make sure everything was available. Excellent choice.

The bed and shower had hair on it. There was a dead cockroach on the floor. The room smelled of weed (very strong). The door was broken. The toilet seat was broken. Huge lack of water pressure in the shower.

The room was clean. The breakfast was great.( hot breakfasts was a bonus for the price). They had shuttle to magic kingdom and Hollywood studio. Staff was nice.

There was a lot of moisture in the room. It made my son's iphone get moisture in the charger port. The remote and hairdryer were missing. I had to ask for them to be put in the room. The breakfast was very crowded, and it was not refilled quickly.

The room had lots of issues like the shower drain was clogged from thr first night we checked in plus the cable tv only had 2 working channels and the Ac unit was missing the other half of the filter which made the room smell musty and moldy all the problems were addressed and the staff was very slow to fix the problem also no interest in helping fast enough

Never chooose this hotel and not really worth paying to this hotel. The moment we entered to this hotel, very tidy smell and bad service. I asked for an extra bedsheet, they responded - no house keeping at 8 PM and informed that they give in the morning.What I need to do bedhseet during morning hours? Bathroom unit is very very small, adults cannot bath properly. Breafkast if open but they dont reload completeones after 9.30PM but breakfast window is 7AM - 10AM.

Staff was not courteous check-in was a little late 10:30 PM Ish. I’ve stated this hotel before but this time it was a lot worse. The key card she gave us wouldn’t open the door. Had to run back to the office and get new key cards made they did didn’t work had to go back a second time then she came the lady who is not very nice and had to body throttle the door to make it open and then complain that we really need to learn how to turn the knob properly. I’m not sure if she was even staff or kitchen help the way she was dressed was no indication that she even worked there and she seemed to be the only one around.

First we got the wrong room, a king not two doubles. The room we got was pretty rundown and the deadbolt was broken and hanging. No one checks breakfast wristbands, so a lot of randoms walking in to clean to clean out the buffet. Also a lot of shady characters hanging out. Stay somewhere else.
