DON'T STAY HERE

Not much to say here other than it was booked on hotels.com. I requested a handicap accessible room for my family of four. We got there and we're given a one bed king size bed. That was switched to to queen size beds so I thought that was great, upon entering the room only to be disappointed. There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling dripping lots of water, the faucet broke when I turned it on, there was black mold in the bathroom and on the floor of the bathroom. I requested additional pillows, the housekeeping had left for the day and so they could not help me with that. When I called hotels.com to complain, they did their best but ultimately handed it over to the management at opal hotels and suites. Very very unprofessional and unkind. They would not grant me a refund. Oh I forgot to mention the fact that while we were there there were guests on either side of us at the hotel that were very noisy and up late partying until 2:30 or 3:00 in the morning. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk, they said well if you would have given us that this information at 2:30 in the morning we would have happily refunded your money. Horrible!

Its an avarage stay. Rooms at first look is clean but has low maintnace. The door knob for the bathroom was broken and had a sticker of another person cloth in the door. Bed was comfortable and sheets were clean but the headboard was dirty and broken. Has potential but need more love.

Great location! Bar is conveniently close to the pool. Missed the comedy club but all in all great time with some of the guests!

Hotels.com booked the wrong night and upon arriving I tried for several hours to correct it only to be told by the hotel that I had to go back to hotels.com I rebooked and paid for the correct night with full refund for the error. After another hour on the phone with Hotels,com they said the hotel had to approve the cancellation and refund, I thought no problem as they said they would, only to have them say nope! So I paid for a night that I didnt use and paid for it. Never again will I use or reccomend this crappy hotel or Hotels,com! this is after over two decades of being a premium customer withe them and referring my daughter to them, who has cancelled any further bookings with them! BIG loss for Hotels,com! Big Big loss all for 80.00!

a day ago on Google I only gave it a one star because zero is not an option! The photos are completely false advertising. Our room looked nothing like the photos. The furniture was all broken and old. There were rusted metal bars sticking out from under the beds which was extremely dangerous with our toddler. The shower faucet did not fully close so it was just always running water and there were no working outlets so we could not charge our phones. The smell in the room was horrible as well. There are beer boxes, glasses and cans all over the property. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone. The doors, walls, and floor was filthy, I don’t think the property has been cleaned in months or even years. There are also no curtains on the windows so the lights from the hallway were shining in our eyes the entire night, not to mention the people doing donuts with their cars outside. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!

Staff was nice but the hotel needs to be cleaned up and fixed. Toilet was broken and shower rack came off. Rooms were not kept. Doors and walls need a deep cleaning. The lobby was the only thing that looked nice.

The first night my grandson got stuck in the bathroom because the door handle fell off we told them on the 2nd night. They collected our dirty towels but did not give us new towels. The coffee in the room was not replaced after the first night so we had no coffee in the room after that. We had to deal with roaches in the bathroom and sink area by the front area and between the beds. The pool was nice. The continental breakfast need a lot to be desired. They were apologetic and wanted to comp our room but because we went thru you they were not able to do that. Our keys did not work because they only gave us one night each so when we got back they would have to issue us another key. Turns out they were to put the day we were leaving but not each day.
