Great location,

We stayed here for 11 days, they had a small cookout was nice, quiet at nights very spacious. Great view of pool. Ex large tub takes hr to fill cause you have to run hot only super slow to be hot cause the hot runs out and the bath will be Luke warm or cold. We had a lot of water in balcony where gutter wasn’t connected properly then had no drainage but really wasn’t a problem. They inflated a float but it had a hole in it from store which I had to return then they were to busy to inflate that one for me! They were real friendly kept me updated through text with storms, pool closures/reopening, cook outs n general quiet very relaxing! I would definitely stay again , very good location. Reasonably priced!

We hae stayed 6 times before Hilton bought and great every time. This visit, when checking in said overbooked and could not find our confirmation. I had to supply my info , email , paid receipts and they took care of me. Then during the day a huge palmetto bug ran accross the white sheets off my bed the 2nd one we saw and in the renovated room. IN the past was all the old condo rooms. I was so disturbed could not sleep on bed that night so sletpted on couch. The staff kinda brushed off when I called to have sprayed, The after sprayed saw 2 more palmetto bugs in the 2nd bedroom. This tells me there is a bug problem. Very disappointed wtih this stay and feel I should get some kind of comp room for my next stay in November when I book. Please email me a reply or leave message 727 637 2825. Again, as many times as we have stayed there this was a very special time a bday celebration and to have theis happen was just unacceptable. For the desk to say you live in FL will be bugs well I have a pest control and I don't have them in my house. I pay for this stay and to see 4 and in the day was disturbing.

The AC could not be set below 70 so the unit felt too warm, especially in 90 degree weather outside. The television had about 25 channels so if you are planning on spending a lot of time indoors, entertainment and comfort could be an issue. All appliances seemed to work and the service at the pool was nice. For the money, it’s worth it for a family spending all day at the parks and other areas in Orlando.

It looked good online when I saw it but in person it was even better. Tons of room. Never had to ask for extra blankets, pillows or towels room was well stocked. The price was great as well.

On the outside it doesn’t look like it’s anything special but we asked for a room change and they did with no hesitation and it was great. They were very accommodating and made sure that we knew of all the activities that they were hosting. Staff was very nice!

I've stayed here 3 times over the years. The decor is still the same from 10 years ago, but it still look modern. It's always clean, quite and comfortable. Didn't get a chance to go to the pool this time. A convenience is right next to the property. CVS and many restaurants all within walking distace and across the street. I would stay here everytime I visit the area.

Been staying here for thw past 2 years for the special Olympics summer games at the ESPN wide world of sports complex. I dont and wont be looking to stay anywhere else for as long as we come to orlando. The only (not so great) thing is, is the weak wifi and the linens are a bit roygh for lack of softner. I do love the staff, especially miss britney, and the amenities offered. I love the ease of text communicating with needs, check out and questions. Forever an Orbit One guest !

My family and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and I should say my expectation was not that high because of the price. My first contact with the staff was with Maria at the front desk. She was courteous, kind, very professional. Both the check-in and check-out were smooth, the hotel is very clean, its location is perfect, literally has everything nearby, the pool is nice, its area is also clean, the kitchen is very well equipped, the bathroom has soap, body lotion, shampoo and more. There are plenty of bath and pool towels, blankets, pillows, they even provided with pay pens for our baby. I would definitely stay again and I do recommend this property to anyone. Thanks!

Great place for a family to stay in Orlando

Great place for a family to stay in Orlando. Compared to the outrageous prices to stay at one of the Disney properties this was affordable and way nicer than where our friends stayed. We will stay here anytime we are in Orlando.
