After a long day at the theme parks, exploring, golfing or on a free day, enjoy relaxing in our Jacuzzi, swim in the private pool or play in the games room. These homes are the right size for your group. Included with this home are all the resort community features. You will have a vacation that will always be remembered!Please note you can also pre-book the pool/ spa/ jacuzzi/ hot tub heat for your home for an extra fee.

***Please note that this house has camera's outside the house facing the front door, driveway, both sides of the house. NO camera's are in the living and pool area.***


PLEASE NOTE: This home is located in a private, gated community. There are additional amenities in our community including a club house, sauna, gym, main pool, spa, volleyball court, nature trail, Tiki Bar, tennis court, basketball court, pickle-ball, putt-putt golf, dog area and playground. There is also a business center that offers a printer and meeting rooms.



Emerald Island Resort is a luxurious gated resort community, with manned Gate House, located in West Kissimmee. The community is surrounded by Conservation area and encompasses over 300 acres with 11 heavily wooded acres right in the heart of the community. Once inside, you will feel as if you have entered a special preserve. The resort facilities are further enhanced at the Clubhouse with an open air heated pool, spa, sauna, multi-gym; a planned sundry shop and snack bar as well as a meeting room for informal gatherings. In the internet café area, computers and video games are provided for guests use.

Please note that the resort charge $20 per access gate card, non-refundable. Each vehicle will require its own access card. Guests will be able to pre-pay for their access cards ahead of their visit, with the cards being ready and waiting for them upon their arrival at the Gatehouse. While guests can make the payment at the Gatehouse or Clubhouse, we encourage you to make this information known prior to your arrival, as payment is required before a vehicle will be allowed on the property. A maximum of six (6) vehicles are allowed per property.

The beautifully landscaped grounds also feature a children's play area adjacent to the Clubhouse, Tennis Courts and a trail for walking, jogging or biking winds through the community's natural woodland setting. This is the place to be after a hectic day at the parks.
