We stayed at this house during the last week of March 2026, especially due to the location, which did not disappoint. As a party of 5, everyone enjoyed staying here, exactly as pictured on the website plus more. Clean, with all the comforts and conveniences of home, especially after a long day out. Loved the sparkling water feature on the fridge, very convenient. We stayed for a week and didn't have to buy much except for food. The hostess, Marina, thought of everything that's needed, which we were grateful for. All the rooms were quite spacious and the Wi-Fi was reliable, as some of us had to work a few hours each day. We loved all the instructions labeled next to devices, light switches, etc., so easy to follow and very helpful. The location of this house is very close to everything, all the theme parks, restaurants (lots to choose from for breakfast and dinner), grocery stores, airport, etc., with very little traffic, so quick and easy to get back to after a long day out. Just a note of caution for anyone with mobility issues, this house has 2 flights of stairs, but there’s a full bathroom and bedroom on the ground floor, which was perfect for my mother who has trouble climbing stairs. Whether I had a question or an issue with something, Marina was always readily available, prompt with her responses (day or night), which we appreciated a lot. Thank you to Marina and the Keller Family, for making our stay a very happy and memorable one. From the Rasul family!

Plenty of room for our extended family of 7 people. Our only complaint was their use of many Febreeze plugins- very strong fragrance that gave us a headache. House was clean and inviting and our 3 boys enjoyed the pool. Marina was very helpful with checkin instructions. Lots of helpful extras- pool towels, shampoo, mustard, ketchup, etc. we would stay here again.

Beautiful home ! Well furnished/stocked. Close to everything ! Perfect size for our family of 6. Host responded quickly to any questions we had. Helped us with recommendations on pizza/wings places as it was Super Bowl during our stay. We only stayed few nights before our cruise. Came to see universal location was best we have had ever 8 mins to islands of adventure. Lots of space ac was great kitchen very well appointed and entertainment room was great for football. Pool was a highlight. We paid to have it heated and it was wonderful.

Shadow Bay Luxe Home was just what we were looking for!! We had a girls weekend in Orlando, FL so we could attend Universal Studios. The location was excellent!!! We were only about a 5-10 minutes drive away from Universal Studios and the Uber knew the back way to the house, so there was hardly any traffic to deal with too!! There was a Publix grocery store about five blocks away and there were numerous restaurants around too. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet, the home is located on a dead end street so hardly any traffic in front of the house. The house was very spacious and clean and actually turned out to be over my expectations. Everyone was able to have their own bed. The upstairs guests were able to share two different bathrooms, there was plenty room for everyone!! When I tell you the beds and the pillows were beyond comfortable, they were!!!! I wanted to take the bed and pillows home with me!!! The house was very spacious and clean. The house was actually over my expectations!! Marina, the host, was absolutely amazing to work with!! She was very responsive to my messages I asked throughout the day in the the app. We had one hiccup with the key code pad when we arrived. Marina had the door open within five minutes and the problem solved with in twenty minutes!! She was so great to work with!!! I will definitely stay here again!!

The property was nicer than we imagined. The entire space was very clean and up to date. The host even left things like salt, sugar, coffee, and snacks for us to enjoy. There was lots of useful technology throughout the house and my family enjoyed the pool. The host left many useful things throughout the house to help us with our stay including cooking utensils/supplies, paper plates, and cups, toilet paper and pool towels. The host, Marina, was very responsive prior to and during our stay if we had any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect house!

This stay was amazing! The house was great and so hospitable full of snacks, toiletries, PlayStation and Nintendo Wii, pool, pool toys, TVs everywhere, towels, +++. It is located less than 10 min from universal so located is great for those traveling for that purpose. Great house regardless. My entire family had a great time here and I would definitely stay here again. The host was extremely polite and attentive. I don’t have a bad word to say. Thank you for having us!

Great Universal Studios trip

We were so close to Universal studios and a reasonable Uber away from Disney Springs. Great kitchen, lots of space, and it was well equipped with all cooking needs. The pool was wonderful, due to weather, would recommend having it heated. The double bed was not very comfortable, but everything else was enjoyable!
