You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Total 5 beds/5.5 baths. 4.5 baths are in the house (1 is a Jack/Jill shared bathroom upstairs) and 1 extra full bath is located on the pool deck for your convenience. Comfortably sleeps 14 people. Gated community. Garage is turned into a Game Room with AC for your entertainment. There are few security cameras outside. Located near shops, groceries, restaurants, Disney, HWY-27, US-192 and more.

We thoughtfully and carefully prepared this place for large families and it is definitely comfortable and easily accommodate up to 14 people. The villa has two large master bedrooms with their own private bathrooms. One master bedroom is downstairs and the other master is upstairs. Other three bedrooms upstairs have direct access to bathroom.

There is also a large screened patio with pool that will make you want to stay, relax and enjoy every minute of your deserved vacation. PLEASE NOTE: no child safety fence around the pool.

Garage is not available for parking because we turned the garage into a cozy game room (with working cold AC in Summer only) for your entertainment. Garage door is sealed and remains closed at all time.

Definitely take advantage of the high capacity washer machine and the heavy duty dryer.

High speed internet and wifi available in the whole house.

We offer bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths in the bathrooms. Pillows, blankets, and linen provided in the bedrooms. We also provide few pool towels as well. To help you start off: we will provide one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. In the kitchen - one roll of towel paper, two dish washer tablets, and one small hand and dish soap with sponge will be provided. Please plan your stay accordingly.

Gas grill - $65 rental fee for the entire stay.

This home was beautiful and family friendly! It was spacious enough for a large family vacation. The host gave informative and easy check in and check our instructions which made the process very smooth. The neighborhood was within 5-10 minutes of grocery stores, shopping areas, a water park and so much more. My family truly enjoyed our stay!

The exterior of the house is aesthetically pleasing, and the property is quite spacious. However, the furniture and decor are noticeably outdated. Unfortunately, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to find a restful position. Furthermore, the window sills were dirty, and when we used the jetted hot tubs, a sand-like substance emerged from both. The areas under the beds were also filthy.The house had no supplies whatsoever it states one roll of toilet paper is provided then bring your own also papertowel shampoo and conditioner bring your own. Basically bring everything. This was a first for us. All other Vrbos have always had all those things. also there is an absolute extensive check out list which we followed but why the large cleaning fee if we basically do it. The toilets require constant plunging....The pool you have to pay 30.00 a day for heated and spa but at bst was semiwarm more cold than anything. Also the neighbors were smoking mariguana shamelessly while my kids were in the pool and loud music all hours of the night then morning....This was not a good stay nor will we EVER RETURN again.

Annual Florida Trip

Every year we travel to the Orlando area for a flag football tournament. The biggest thing we look for in a house is location and comfort. We got both of those with this home. The owner and property manager were helpful and had great communication. The house was big enough for all of us and the area was quiet (which we love). When we come back next year if this home is available we plan to book again.
