The location felt very safe, about a 20-minute Uber ride to the theme parks. The neighborhood is quiet, the pool and playground are a 5-10 minute walk away within the neighborhood. It’s a nice, clean pool, with a club house. Large living room, easy to set up tv entertainment, good variety of kitchen supplies, no problems getting groceries delivered. Good amount of space for a family and a nice bedroom with toys for kids. I noticed the bunk bed mattresses are a good size. Good, prompt communication with host. Host was kind enough to adjust our reservation dates and allow us to check-in an hour early. Some slight challenges using the keypad to get into the facility, but the owner was immediately available via text to help. We had challenges with the functioning of the thermostat/AC during the first part of our stay, but owner got it repaired quickly. From the master bedroom, we could hear some foot steps in the condo on second floor, even very late at night. For someone who is a light sleeper, a noise maker or white noise app would be sufficient. The doorbell went off twice on its own, but I forgot to mention that to host as it wasn’t a big problem (it’s not very loud). I was impressed by the amount of everyday items available (electronics chargers, kitchen pantry items, etc.).

When we arrived, the owner of the place told us that it had been leaking from upstairs and she was currently working on it. She was not aware that it was booked for that weekend because it didn’t show up on her calendar. She was very nice and looked on her own for other condos available in the same complex. She initially found four, but when the owners reached out to her, they let her know they were indeed booked. We spent two hours outside this first afternoon/evening and could not find anything. At this point the kids were tired, cranky and hungry and we needed to get a place to stay soon. We ended up having to book 2 hotel rooms and spent double the price that I had budgeted for the weekend. I am very disappointed and I would like to find a way to be somehow compensated for the inconvenience and the extra expense. It has made me very wary about using VRBO in the future.

Most Accommodating Rental

This place was amazing. Close to Disney, our longest ride was 17 minutes, average 14 minutes. It's a very large space, my whole family had plenty of room while we were there. Stacy has checked off all the boxes. Everything we needed for our children was already there. From strollers, to booster seats, pack and play, toys and books for the kids, you name it and it's there. Coffee, Brita water filter, pots and pans and anything else you would need in a kitchen is there for the nights we hung out at the house. Our stay was amazing. I am not sure we will ever stay in a hotel again. If we ever going back to Disney or even visit Orlando/Kissimee area I will definitely be staying here!

This property came as advertised. Extremely well equipped. Kitchen supplies, toiletries, etc. Just bring your clothes! Pool area is great and heated (at this time of year). Close to groceries and lots of food options. Everything in the condo is brand new.

Highly recommended

I travel a lot and often stay in vacation homes. This is the absolute best I have ever stayed! Accommodations were perfect for my family. The rooms are good sized with plenty of linens and towels. The home is clean and the host was incredibly thoughtful of every little detail to make us feel like home. I was impressed with all the supplies available, including the fully stocked kitchen ( I cook daily and I had everything I needed). We also enjoyed the pool, the gym and the many activities in the guest house . The location of the home was ideal for us, with restaurants, stores and attractions nearby. We will certainly be back!
