Enjoy this beautiful two-bedroom, two-bath condo for your next vacation! Located in the quiet gated Bahama Bay resort, only 10 miles from Disney and a quick drive to other local attractions.

There is plenty of local dinning and shopping options nearby. Including Disney Springs, Gatorland, Sea World, Universal Studios and Legoland Florida are within short driving distance of the resort. The villa is perfect for vacationers with children or those individuals looking for a seasonal getaway.
But with all the amenities right at home, you may never want to leave! You'll have a pool less than 300 ft from back porch (one of four total), and access to a beach area (Lake swimming is not allowed) tennis/basketball courts, shuffleboard courts, an on-site restaurant and pool bar, along with a spa, kids splash pad, and walking trails.
The first-floor Andros model boasts over 1,300 square feet of livable space and a large tranquil screened patio overlooking the pool area and to enjoy the great Florida weather. This unit model has a king-sized bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the guest bedroom. A pull-out couch provides extra sleeping space. This unit has a crib, a highchair, and two full bathrooms-the master bathroom has dual sinks, separate shower and garden bathtub. Recently upgraded with unique features, guests can enjoy luxury vinyl flooring and fresh paint throughout and a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and black stainless-steel appliances for preparing delicious meals, while Keurig and slow drip coffee makers are great for early risers. Stretch out in the spacious living area and enjoy cable TV with streaming capabilities while washing clothes in the in-unit laundry room.

Cons: Master bathroom shower could use a deep clean. Large dead roach in the unit. Water doesnt stay hot long enough to actually fill the tub. No more than 2 showers before water is cold. Tiny bedroom tvs.Pros: Easy checkin/out. We were afforded a late checkout time which we greatly appreciated. Master bed is comfy. Clean linens.

Everything was perfect for us. We did not get a chance to use the resort amenities like the pool or restaurant etc. but the condo was exactly what we wanted. Location was easy. Local resources very handy (grocery, pharmacy, etc). No problems at ALL. Will absolutely be back.

We had a great stay. The only thing I would say is having a better way to lock the doors. My son was able to reach and unlock the top latch often and run out the front door. I also found that having a door to the outside in the kids room was a little uneasy especially having a child that elopes, but other than that it was in a great location and we loved afternoons in the pool.

Not too shabby

Overall a very nice property and stay. The property was very clean and well taken care of. The location was on the outskirts of the resort so it was pretty quiet. Having a pool basically in the back yard was very nice. I just wish we would’ve brought some floats! 15-20 minute drive to parks and restaurants. Negatives: the water heater could stand to be turned up a few degrees, it was a little cool. Also the microwave broke early in our stay. The owner did say he would contact the property manager, I was hoping it would be fixed during our stay and it was not. It made using the kitchen for meals a little more of a hassle.

Clean cute place

We really enjoyed the the place though we felt like the description didn't exactly match our expectation. One was the work out room. My son wanted to lift weights, though you needed a key card and since this was a VRBO, we didn't get a key card so we weren't able to use it. The other gotcha was how far many of the amenities were. Maybe I didn't read the description well enough, but I was a bit surprised how far things like the beach volleyball and pool tables were. In the hot Florida sun, it is a bit of a hike. I was thinking it would be in the same building or very near by. Overall the place was nice. The amenities are fun, just don't expect them to be right out your door.

Nice property, a few issues

The Resort itself was beautiful and on the smaller side which was perfect for our little family. We enjoyed the pools just look out for the mounds of fire ants in the brick pavers surrounding the pool.. a resort issue. We were very disappointed we could not get into the room early as we were promised which made it very difficult with a 2 year old up since 3am. The condo was clean except the questionable staining on the pack n play travel kit and a potpourri vase that contained mold. The condo otherwise had anything you would need. The lack of hot water the whole trip was a little rough at the end of the day. The warmest the water would get was Luke warm… just take very quick showers. There was a hole in the lenai that left some little creatures a way in which was interesting. We had some very very loud people above us. They were running around and rolling things around until all hours of the night… this is not an issue of the condo owner just something we experienced. We were never told a check out process and we emailed but didn’t hear back from the owner until we were inflight, thankfully nothing seemed to be required. Overall, Bahama Bay was lovely, the staff was very kind and the other people visiting/staying were great… with the exception of those above us through the night.

Spring Break Vacation All Star Worlds Cheer Competition

My family and I came to the Davenport/Orlando area for a week for the Worlds Cheer competition and our spring break vacation (all in one week - April 2025). We had an amazing stay at this home and on this resort! The check-in at the gate and main building was super easy. Resort staff was super nice and helpful. The house was very clean, very roomy inside, even BETTER than depicted in the photos. You don't realize the space you have until you actually walk in. The kitchen is well-stocked, including a pantry that has extra essential items that you might usually have to run to the store for. (Sugar, ziploc bags, seasonings, etc.) We spent lots of time together on the lanai/patio. The Bahama Bay property was also VERY beautiful. We walked the entire property at different points in the week. We spent time at the pool and hot tub directly behind the house and also spent time at the Tradewinds restaurant pool/bar. We played rounds of pool at the bar, hung out at the sandy beach area and played volleyball and saw alligators from the pier. I think this is might be the most popular pool on the property. Definitely go say hi to Jennifer at the Tradewinds bar - she and the staff there are AMAZING. We had a blast and would definitely stay in THIS particular home again! Thank you for a GREAT family vacation spot. It was worth our 15 hour drive! We LOVED IT!

Spring Trip

Compared to a few other units we visited while out here. This place has it all. Updated, very clean and everything we needed. Screened in porch with dining set was an excellent treat. Will be back next year for watching college baseball teams.

Family 2025

After the kids and grandkids completed our 11 day Mickey Mouse adventure, my husband and I moved out of the large house rental to this condo at Bahama Bay. Michael, our host, allowed us access at noon, instead of 4 pm. Really appreciated as we were out of the house at 10am.The area is perfect for us. Restaurants, shops, golf courses all near. Great amenities on site.

Relaxing week

My husband myself and our 8 yr old son stayed here for our week as a home base for many Orlando attractions. We stayed mid November and the complex was nice and quiet. We enjoyed playing shuffle board, watching the alligators from their boardwalk and our son loved playing on the man made beach. We also ate at the Tradewinds restaurant a few times and the food was very good, The unit itself is very spacious and we enjoyed sitting outside on the screened in porch every evening. Our son loved the little desk with colouring books/crayons in the second bedroom. They also had many puzzles and games in the unit as well. I loved how well stocked the kitchen was. They provide every cooking utensil, baking dishes, bowls etc that you could think of, along with dish clothes. We really enjoyed our stay in this well maintained property and gated community and would stay again if we find ourselves back in Orlando some day.

Very clean and nice ammenities. There was a big beatle looking bug and they called exterminator right away. Only suggestion would be to find a wayto put a bigger tv in bed aroom. Also some kind of foot rest in shoeer to be able to shave. in

Hurricane evacuate

Evacuated for Hurricane Milton. Everything was good until 1230AM when we lost power. No power the last two days of our stay. This is a time share resort and the front desk was not helpful at all or concerned over moving us to a until with power. Did the best we can to clean in the dark. Unit was very spacious and clean. Power loss is not the fault of the owner however would have been nice to be able to relocate to another unit in the complex where power was right next door.

A beautiful property, that was well equipped. Arrived to a clean and well maintained condo on a stunningly gorgeous resort. Left today for a Disney resort and truely wish we’d booked Bahama Bay for longer instead. A fantastic stay and excellent communication from the owner as well. 10 out of 10! Super Town house

We arrived 3 a.m. and the door code was not correct communicated on the site, but after having contact with the owner we could entered the house. The house is spacious, clean and cosy. We also loved the pool and spa that is near the house. We enjoyed this house very much and we will come back if we visit Florida again.
