Great Customer Service

The bartender was very good to my husband. It was the bartender with the glasses. He was very attentive. He was awesome. Everyone on the Staff was very approachable, and they always took care of any problem I had.

The bathroom in the room lacked a ceiling vent fan and the shower head didnt offer much water pressure so the water just kind of trickled out. The TV remote was stuck on some function and it was glitchy. But the worse was the unexpected pay to park situation.

Amazing place. From check in to check out. Clean hotel. Beautiful clean rooms. Clean pool area. Looked too good to be true online but when we got there WOW. Front desk was so polite and helpful with check in, with assisting us on how to use their in house barbecue.The pool was absolutely clean and beautiful and daily breakfast was a delicious bonus. The shower leaked out on the floor which caused a flood in the room, the shower head was old and also had a very bad leak. There was no working lights in the room 330 where the beds were located.
