15 min walk away from a decent food plaza. 5 min uber away from great shopping at Buena Vista shops and Vineland premium outlets. Elida and fifi (Frances) at the hotel were excellent and took good care of me. They were helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. Thank you both!

I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel; it was truly beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious. The only aspect that I found less appealing was the nightly parking fee, which was approximately $25. But overall all is a nice hotel.

The boy who checked us in was not friendly not quite rude but borderline. I had asked if he could add my mariot # & he was offended & said he couldn't look it up. Hilton always looks it up if I don't have it handy. The room door was partially opened & the bathroom door sticks. Also there are 2 body soap bottles & a conditioner but no shampoo.

The whole lay out of the room had living room ,desk space with a sofa bed, was great .What I didnt like was the washer and dryer to be maintain properly by removing the excesive lint and dirt other than that It was a pleasure to stay there. Fablulous place to stay.

The only downsides to this hotel was you had to pay for parking which is really bizarre and the transportation only went to certain areas at certain times to the parks. Also the maids never came to clean the rooms so you had to ask for things all the time. Eg. towels, toilet paper.
