Beware parking at this hotel is very expensive for all spaces. Parking was almost $30 for self park. Also elevators are very slow and then one broke. Long waits

My friend and I had a wonderful time doing a staycation at this hotel. Jean at the front desk was super helpful with getting us checked in and explaining the parking. We also really enjoyed our time at the bar ;) and the bartender (he said he was from Venezuela but I don't remember his name). I would definitely stay again!

We had a beautiful room. Everything seemed brand new in our room. Breakfast was great. Follow the timing guide because at 9 am it’s very busy. Mickey Waffles are the best! Biggest complaint is the price for parking and no lines in the parking lot.

Very relaxing kids went to Disney and I relaxed by the pool. I would have liked to have a drink while at the pool but the bar does not open till 4p. If there was room service I did not know no menu in the room.

The hotel was pretty and clean. All of the staff was respectful and kind. I only wish they provided housekeeping daily, instead of every other day, and I wish the restaurant on site opened before 4pm. Other than that, it was a great stay for a great price.

Our stay was ok. When I asked the front staff why parking is not included in the price of staying there, the gentleman said not everyone needs to park a car there, so another company is in charge of the parking lot. It didn’t make any sense when the lot is attached to the hotel. So what are we paying for. it’s not gated, covered, or has security. So my question is, if we don’t use the pool, gym or other amenities should we not be charged for those as well? Just a question to the response to why they charge for parking. Won’t be staying there in the future due to parking fees
