Travelled with family and small children
Host informed me that pool heating was a fee for minimum of 3 days. ($40 a day) The outside pool heating system was off the entire time after payment was received. (BLANK SCREEN) I paid Friday Morning for pool heat it NEVER worked after payment was received. Host beginned to ignore me days going forward when I inquired about an update on the pool. Pool didnt heat until my last night there which was (Sunday). No Broom for the dust pan. Water Filter needed to be replaced. (Warning label on the fridge (so NO ICE) No WASHCLOTHES...only makeup towels. Grill had a combination lock that I had to request the code for. (Wasn't provided with check in details) Besides that the house was clean & nice. It just nuisance having to request for info when needed when it should be provided upon arrival. Communication was prompt until money was paid for the pool heating & it never heated & the system was off.. Then host begin to ignored me & ghost after receiving my money.

Place was immaculate. Attentive host. Easy checking process. Only suggestion would be to list the $35 a day heated pool fee up front vs traveling in the winter and finding out after the fact so we used the resort pool which was really nice. Safe and quiet.
