I didn’t even stay in the room I booked another hotel 10 minutes after check in. People hanging outside my room late when I arrived and people arguing in lobby at check it made it feel extremely unsafe to be there

The pictures are deceiving. Very bad smell in room and coming from the a/c unit. The bathroom was dated and dirty. Just a bad room overall. Not clean at all. We left immediately and booked at another hotel.

Room needs service and maintenance. Floors were dirty. Bath curtain molded. Bugs threw out. Huge gap under the door that allows bugs to come in. Not a room that gets attention. I stayed another night and they double charged the rate. I disputed with them but they had poor customer service.

I didn’t feel comfortable even staying here. The property wasn’t well lit and there was people just sitting in their cars in the parking lot, drinking, and smoking outside of their rooms. I definitely do not recommend.

This place is a complete scam. The photos online are clearly AI-generated or heavily manipulated and look NOTHING like the actual property. What you see online is not even close to what you get in person. The room was absolutely disgusting. There was mold all over the shower, AC unit, and curtains. Within minutes of walking around in socks, the bottoms of my feet were black. The toilet bowl still had fecal stains, proving it was never properly cleaned. There was trash left inside the pull-out couch, which is beyond unacceptable. The sheets were covered in random stains (didn’t smell, but still gross), and the room was full of gnats that were hiding in the window curtains. When we asked for clean sheets, we were handed the wrong size because “that’s all they had.” To make things worse, the door had a visible crack, letting outside air blow into the room, which made the room freezing cold and let in other unknown bugs. When we requested a different room and showed photos, the staff was dismissive and unhelpful, claiming the hotel was fully booked. That was an obvious lie — multiple booking sites showed plenty of availability, and the hotel was nearly empty. We only stayed one night because we arrived late. Had it been earlier, we would have left immediately. This property is unsanitary, misleading, and poorly managed. Save yourself the frustration and health risk. Do not stay here.

The beds were ok, microwave was rusty inside and the refrigerator was leaking with a musty smell. Rooms were not cleaned on a daily basis yet there was a concession fee charged every night
