The room was nice and spacious. The hotel staff were very kind, answering any questions we had. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable. The breakfast was very delicious.

Myself and my two daughters stayed here while visiting Universal. Lovely big room. Walking to the malls and short ride to Universal. Breakfast not great, but we didnā€™t stay here for the food. 24hr tea and coffee. Loved that being a Brit.

It was a great stay, honestly. The room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was appetizing, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the proximity to Universal Studios was prime. The only thing that sucked was having to pay $26 a night for parking. Otherwise, I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to others!

It's right beside international outlet shopping, small but selection to keep busy for couple of hours. But no Walgreens or decent Ross had to Uber. 10mins to Universal. Pricey I felt compared to other hotels I've stayed at in Orlando for what was within walking distance

Excellent property, very clean and new. Room was spacious and very confortable. Only downside of this property is the fee that needs to be paid for parking. Not sure why this is required. The property is not gated. Aside from this everything was excellent.
