Great home to stay in with family

Great house good A/C, nice hot water when you shower, clean kitchen, and nice master king bed. My only complaint is the couch. It’s not comfortable to set on. Over all great home. They also let us do an early check in at 2pm which was nice.

Left early - do not book here

Skip this property. It was so bad that we left early. There were 9 of us staying here (4 adults & 5 kids under age 12). There was enough room for all of us and that was about the only upside. Upon arrival, we quickly found out that the freezer ice and water from fridge were not working. We contacted the owner and were told to go to the store to buy ice and water. No one was sent out to fix it. That night while trying to sleep, we were all burning up because the air wasn’t working even after turning it down. The front door lock was loose and looked from the inside like it has been kicked in before! Multiple cars are able to follow one another through the neighborhood gate. And the neighborhood is run down looking with minimal parking. We did not feel safe. The couches were so uncomfortable in the living room, they felt broken when you sat on them and they were stained. The house was smelly and did not look nor feel clean (stair banister was filthy, carpets were stained, etc). Both children rooms with the twin beds were bunk beds that have been taken apart - they were not sturdy. I messaged this owner before writing this review to let them know our experience, and was brushed off AGAIN. Save yourself the disappointment and money by booking a nicer place than this, with owners who actually care about their guests experiences at their property.

We stayed at this property while visiting the area for a cheer competition. The property owner was always easily reached and quick with responses to any questions we had! It isn't close to the community pool but other than that, no complaints! Would stay here again!!

Sea World Excursion

The host was easily accessible and communicative. The house had all of the necessities for a family. The check-in/out process was smooth. We were there for a weekend at Sea World. We loved that Walmart, Public, resturants and shopping were less thank 1 mile away. I recommend using this vacation home in the future.

Amazing place to stay in Orlando area

Was in town for work but brought along the family. Juan was really helpful in getting us checked into the property with no issues. Property is located on a quiet street at the back of this neighborhood and was perfect for having small children. One thing to note is that this is a two-story property and you will want a safety gate for the stairs if your children are very small. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio and looking out at the pond and ducks. Location is very conveniently located close to Disney, shopping, and restaurants. Rooms were clean and kitchen had everything needed to make this a fantastic stay for the entire family.

Amazing location and Super Clean

This Townhouse was incredibly close to Disney, you’re 5 minutes from World Drive, so you can completely avoid I4 and get right into the center of Disney property. The downstairs had 10-foot ceilings and an open floor plan. We had nine people here, and everyone had room to hang out. The owner was very attentive and reached out to us before and during our stay. Can't wait to come back next Easter.
