The Space:

You step onto the soft patio and feel the gentle Orlando breeze, hearing the distant hum of laughter from the nearby pool slide. Inside, the open living area invites you to unwind after a day of Disney magic, while the kitchen’s stainless‑steel appliances promise easy meals for the whole family. Every bedroom offers its own theme, turning bedtime into a playful adventure.



Sleeping arrangements

Downstairs, the primary bedroom features a king‑size bed and its own full bathroom, perfect for a restful night after a long park day. Upstairs, a second primary bedroom offers a queen‑size bed with a private full bathroom. Two themed twin rooms—Star Wars and Harry Potter—each hold two twin beds and share a full‑size bathroom, giving kids their own whimsical retreat.



Living space

The spacious living area comfortably seats the entire group, with a cozy sofa and a flat‑screen TV for movie nights. A small patio off the living room provides outdoor seating for two, ideal for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.



Kitchen & dining

A short drive brings you to Disney World and other major attractions, while easy access to I‑4 and I‑192 makes exploring Orlando a breeze. The Orlando Airport is about 40 minutes away, and the townhouse sits in the welcoming Davenport area, close to shopping and dining options.



Important details

A mandatory resort fee of $22.40 per day covers up to ten wrist bands for pool and amenity access; this fee applies whether the amenities are used or not. Free washer and dryer are available for your convenience, and the townhouse includes a full kitchen, indoor dining area, and all the comforts you need for a memorable family getaway.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities.

This Orlando Florida Community is the perfect environment for guests looking for Orlando vacations with a home away from home feel, combining a wide array of activities and relaxing amenities. Situated next to the Highlands Reserve Golf Club, and just minutes from the excitement Orlando has to offer,



Getting Around:

Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Private double driveway that fits (2) cars.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
