The hotel is so beautiful with all the colorful bricks! Inside it’s big, clean, smells good, and staff meet you with a smile. Check in was fast and easy, staff even offered to upgrade to a pool view for our anniversary but we stuck with the original Epic view. Rooms were comfy, we did have a stain on the chair and the rug needed to be vacuumed better but that wasn’t a big deal. Food was delicious, shop was great, pool and hot tub were nice after a long day at the parks. My only complaint was the lack of respect by women at the pool, as a family resort I do wish they’d restrict thong/skimpy bathing suits because I saw more than I wished too. It was fine without kids but I would never want my kids to see all that honestly.

It's nice, but they don't clean the room daily and they don't provide towels. They don't even check to put shampoo in the room. At least they should check to refill those things so when we get back from the parks we don't have to wait. For everything else, it's nice and practical for park days, and it's clean.

Our stay at Terra Luna was sub par. The front staff were great, as were the luggage attendants & restaurant workers. Housekeeping was the main problem. Our room was never cleaned. Our stay was 5 nights. The first day we accidentally left the do not disturb sign on the door. Totally our fault! Second day we were at the pool all day. Made sure the do not disturb sign was not on the door. Room didn't get cleaned. Next day I called ask for a specified time. Shorty after that time I received a text telling me they could accommodate my request, but could send someone to replace towels & empty the trash cans. I said OK reluctantly. Mind you, this hotel is not cheap. So, the housekeeping girl comes with a bag of towels. Hands them to me & then starts to walk away. I asked if she was going to empty the trash. She then asks me to hand her the trash! I was shocked! I paused & told her she could come get it. This was absolutely unacceptable! All that being said, I called the hotel manager & he gave me a $50 credit on our room charges. Very nice of him. But, I am still shocked! A couple of other things that were not so great, was the food selections at the Omega Cafe. The food at Moonrise Grill, which is an outside pick up window, was much better! The shuttle/bus transportation really wasnt great. The wait time leaving the hotel was too long! This morning, we stood there for approximately 25 minutes waiting. & honestly, the wait time coming back was way too long also! Won't stay again

The main reason to stay at a hotel is to sleep, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing in that regard. Both nights, I was unable to sleep well due to a malfunctioning LED light in the bathroom that flashed every 30 minutes during the night, like a camera flash, waking me up repeatedly. The pillows were also uncomfortably high, with no option for low-profile pillows, which should be a standard in a new hotel. Additionally, there was excessive noise coming from behind the walls. If the sleeping experience were improved, this hotel would be perfect, as everything else—from the food to the service—is outstanding. The hotel is beautiful, the food is delicious, and the staff’s service is excellent. Everything is very clean, the facilities are new and well organized, and the location is extremely convenient.
