square-foot home can comfortably host up to 16 guests. With six
beautifully appointed bedrooms, including one with a wizard theme, and
5.5 bathrooms, all guests will enjoy a restful retreat. Sleep soundly
on king-size beds and unwind in bedrooms equipped with TVs, ensuring
everyone can experience personal relaxation. Bunk beds in two of the
rooms make this the perfect choice for families traveling with
children. The house features a fully equipped kitchen, essential for
whipping up delicious meals, and a cozy living room perfect for
gathering around the fireplace. The game room with a pool table and
PlayStation promises endless fun for both kids and adults alike.

Please Note: Guests will have access to Windsor Island Resort while
construction at Windsor Cay is ongoing.

Use of Amenities

Pool Heater

* Cost: $45 per day
* Minimum: 3 consecutive days
* Temperature will not exceed 95F
* Must be requested 48h in advance
* Attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi. It does not have jets. It can only
be heated if the entire pool is heated
* Heaters works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold
weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold
conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will
not be able to offer a refund.
* Pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of
the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather
conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services
automatically until the pump can regain its functionality
efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at times.)

Housekeeping

* There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate
* Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected
by a professional cleaning company
* Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit
* Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an
additional fee

House Rules

* No pets allowed
* No smoking or partying (U$250.00 if you smoke inside the house)
* Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort
dumpster daily to keep a clean home
* In accordance with Airbnb's hygiene recommendations and COVID 19
guidelines, the WASH TOWEL is considered a disposable and personal
item, so we recommend that you bring your own
