Staff and hotel seemed overly interested in making the hotel experience cold and automated with technology. Also as a hotel catering to foreigners, they should have more English speakers. It’s probably standard in Osaka, but the room was so tiny.

All of the APA hotels have mold smell in the bathroom because the curtains are made of fabric. Other than that, the rooms are pretty clean and the TVs are big and easy to operate which I love. Not a terrible place to stay but sometimes a little overpriced. It is nice inconvenient and located right in the middle of a lot of stuff.
