The room was compact in an efficient way. Amenities were well stocked. Mattress and pillow was very comfortable. Only small issue, and this may be Osaka in general, is the room gets dusty really quickly. Unsure if the cleaner is aware or it's just dust resettling on the head board/ledgesfill highly recommended.

Excellent Hotel for the most part with daily house keeping, wonderful staff & a great location! Major draw back for our family was the centralised heating/cooling. During winter period it was boiling hot in the hotel/room, struggled to breathe with my health conditions & the only real option was to turn off heating, have no temperature control & open the window which ended up making it quite cold during the peak winter months. Overall we made it work but between the uncomfortable beds & having no real control over the heating/cooling I definitely would not stay here again which is a shame as the rest of the hotel & staff are excellent!

I love this hotel and stay here a lot. My only complaint is the elevators are usually too busy. I really wish they would let us use the stairway instead of having to always wait for elevators.
