The staff is very friendly, the building is in a great location and has so many things available like food and shopping center at the second floor. Plus the hotel has its own restaurants. The amenities are great, I paid for laundry and I was so impressed with the service. I locked myself out of the room safe on accident and they were at my room within 10 minutes. The rooms themselves were nice and comfortable, and the views are out of this world.

The room temperature is centrally controlled and our room was very uncomfortably hot (76-82 degree Fahrenheit) for the entire stay, even with the heat turned off and shades closed. We were provided with a small cooling fan when we raised the concern, but it didn't meaningfully cool the room.

Very helpful staff and a spacious room. The A/C in centrally controlled so you get heat or A/C depending on the out side temp. The beds are decent just a little too hard for my liking, the pillows are a firm to very firm. It is a very short walk from the train station which is nice you have been out exploring all day.

Hotel was great, they had decorations up in the lobby area for day of the dead and also switched to Christmas decorations. Staff was really helpful and friendly. There was a train line right next to the hotel so that made exploring so much easier.

This is a very nice hotel. Get the two beds so that you can get a view of the waterfront. Upgrade your breakfast buffet, you won’t regret it! There is a Daiso, restaurants and a market very near to the hotel. The train station is also very near and sort of attached.
