Lots of space for 3 adults. Good bathroom with washing machine. No balcony and no lift so was not welcoming to walk flights of stairs with suitcases.

非常に快適でした。

家族5人での滞在でしたが、十分な広さがあり、非常に快適でした。 階段が狭い為、抱えきれないほどの大荷物の方達や2-3歳児の子連れだと上り下りが難しいかも知れません。

배려있는 비품이 많았어요.(식기, 침구, 110V 어댑터 등등) 담배 냄새가 살짝 나서 창문 열고 환기하니 괜찮아졌구요. 난바역에선 조금 걸어야 하지만.. 주위에 현지인들 위주의 가게나 음식점도 추천합니다. 난바쪽 보다 저렴해요~

다른 여행객께 도움될까 싶어 글 남깁니다 장점1.숟가락, 나이프, 다양한 접시와 그릇등이 있어서 편리했습니다 아쉬운점1.엘레베이터 없음, 계단 폭 좁음, 그로인해 28인치 캐리어 들고 3층 오르는게 힘들었습니다 아쉬운점2.교통편이 어중간한곳에 위치해있습니다, 각 역에서 가까운것은 아닌듯 합니다(각자 기준이 다르니 참고만 하세요) 아쉬운점3.청결부분은 더러운것은 아니나 깔끔한것도 아닌듯합니다(바닥, 구석, 가구, tv 등 먼지가 내려 앉아있습니다) 아쉬운점4.낮기온 5도, 8도였던 2월에 숙박하였습니다. 난방기 2대 있으나 추웠습니다, 난방기가 계속 돌아가니 건조합니다 아쉬운점5.수건은 처음인원당 1개만 지급되고 구비되어있는 세탁기를 사용해야합니다

공간도 넓고 침대도 좋고 너무 좋았습니다 단지 아쉬운점이 있다면 창문이 이중창이 아니라 좀 추웠습니다. 그외에는 난바 중심가도 너무 가깝고 한적하고 최고였음

A nice flat near Namba station

The flat is location on a quiet street, 10 minutes walk from the busy Namba Station. The interior decoration is quite new. The cooking area is well equipped. All the home appliances work well. We always get instant reply from the owner. We would recommend this flat to other visitors.
