We liked that it was close to all of the attractions we wanted to visit via walking or the 2 trains nearby. The room was manageable with 2 adults, 3 large suitcases and 2 carry on. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We did not like the smoking cabin that was near the hotel main lobby door as it left a lingering smell of cigarettes nearly every time we entered or left the hotel. Regardless we would stay here again.

We were thoroughly impressed with the accommodating staff even when we panicked to get a cab. The room was the only perfect size for us and it was very clean, comfortable and spacious compared to other ones we stayed at. Enjoyed all the amenities and making us feel at home even for a brief stay. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location if new to Osaka. They will take out trash, make your bed, give new towels daily. I did notice a few hairs in the shower and a clipped nail on the floor.

The hotel is close to a subway station. It is convenient. It’s also a 7 minute walk to dotonburi which is nice. The staff were nice and the rooms were clean. AC worked well too. The hotel was really busy when we were here during the expo so the elevator took awhile. I probably would stay again.

We stayed here towards the end of our Japan trip after having already stayed in a different area of Osaka. This spot is awesome if you'd like to be near Dotonbori and the nightlife around there! The hotel was quiet while being close to the busy area and had great amenities to help yourself to in the lobby. Our room a nice bathtub in our bathroom and comfortable firm beds. We'd recommend staying here!
