Two nights in Osaka. The worst service I could imagine. Inconvenient, one elevator to fifth floor lobby. Then a different elevator to room. No sign in front to indicate hotel. Great breakfast buffet but staff is not helpful. Staff would not call for taxi. Sends you down the street to taxi stand. Any other hotel could not be worse than this one. Check was long and unwieldy, both self keying in info on a screen and dealing with a live employee, this made checkin about 10 minutes long! Also, the executive lounge was small and we felt we were being watched the whole time we we there :(. I guess they want to keep track of the free liquor!

Great location right next to the Osaka train station and commerce area. Breakfast buffet at Maison Vert was excellent; Lovely environment with lots of western and Japanese choices to choose from. Highly recommend. Will stay there again when we are back!

The property is new but because there’s a lot of guests, the staff weren’t as attentive as other hotels with less guests. There’s always a swarm of people sitting and waiting in the lobby & the check in machines take a very long time. The rooms were decently sized though and breakfast was decent. The hotel is located in a super new area but its distance to Osaka station was a bit deceiving since you have to take a detour to get to the crosswalk. Overall an above average experience but not much to write home about.

The worst stay in Osaka

The location was the WORST in Osaka after all these years. Even taxis don’t come here. Hotel staff r still new n don’t know lots of things as it just opened in March. Room r too tiny for 2 persons after the charge is so high due yo Expo. Never recommend to stay here unless very cheap.

Exceptional place to stay! Really well located right next to Osaka station. Plenty of dining options around and easy transportation to anywhere in Osaka. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Check in procedure can get backed up sometimes but we didn’t experience that. Room is a decent size. Beds are perfectly firm but pillows are a bit soft. The pajamas are very comfortable and the rain shower has exceptional pressure. We will stay here next time we are in Osaka!

Great Stay—Clean, Comfy, and Convenient!

This hotel is extremely comfortable—brand new and spotless. While switching elevators isn’t ideal, the excellent service and overall comfort more than make up for it. The location is super convenient, with easy access to the station and plenty of nearby restaurants. Highly recommend!

Great hotel!

Loved staying here…my corner room was spacious, bright, and very comfortable. It’s a new hotel so everything is state-of-the-art & it took me a while to figure out the lights. Linens and towels were top quality, the bed was really comfortable, and the bathtub was superb! They even provide wonderful bath salts! The location is great…conveniently located right across from the train station. The staff were all outstanding and super nice. Would definitely stay here again!
