This is a brand new hotel in the Umekita Park area. Conveniently located next to the Osaka station, it was really easy for us to get around Osaka from here. The room felt luxurious with great view of the city. In addition, it was really clean and spacious as well. Other key amenities in this hotel includes gym, self-service washer and dryer. They also have a microwave on the 6th floor for you to warm up your food. The hotel is connected to a food court with a lot of options to choose from. Lastly, there are a lot of shopping options nearby the hotel. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Their staff needs training properly. They do not totally clean their previous customers' staff and left something that I feel very uncomfortable after I stay one day. I have to call them three times to change the bed sheet and wait for one hour in the late night. Their transportation is terrible. The property looks like close station. But once people are on the street, there is no intersection to allow people to cross the street directly to the station. They have to walk around long time to reach where you want to go because the property is just in the middle of a long street. We asked reception for the short road, they just gave us the map and circled the points that are the same with Google map.

Walking distance from Osaka Station with sheltered walkway. Room is reasonably spacious for 2 pax. Hotel has laundry service and coin operated washing machine. Overall, a high quality accommodation with good price point

Very unhelpful

On check in, instead of taking all our information and then asking us to come back at 3pm, they just said to everyone to come back at 3. This meant that we had a huge long queue and they wouldn’t start taking our details till right on 3. We were also really disappointed that they refused to call us a taxi, and said it wasn’t possible at their hotel. We have stayed around the world in many hotels and have NEVER not been able to get a taxi. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Not impressed.
