The location of this hotel is great! Very close to Osaka station and easy access to all the subway lines and buses. It is on the quieter side of Umeda, which we appreciated. The main shopping area is within walking distance as well. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We booked the Deluxe Double room for our 4 night stay and it was very spacious (especially with big luggages) and very affordable. The room was very clean and the hotel has a big range of amenities and benefits for guests! Would definitely recommend staying here

Excellent location - so close to subway and many restaurants and shopping arouns the area. Hotel is clean and modern. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The hotel is the best by offering drinks and snacks throughout the day including late night ochazuke. Hotel was so lovely that i extended my stay for another 5 days. Highly recommend and i will be back the next time i visit osaka!

The hotel was outstanding with the train station within a 5 minute walk. Family Mart/7 Eleven just across the street. So many dining options in the area.

Overall the hotel was great. Loved the fact that they had refreshments in the lobby and drinks. My only real issue was that they had everyone wait until check in at 3, and then it was basically a mad rush to check in. They literally had everyone wait in the lobby until check in and once it was 3 on the dot, everyone was able to check in

This was a very nice hotel, and conveniently located near Osaka Station. The room was very nice and spacious. The bathroom could have been a little bigger, with more counter space, but other than that, no complaints.
