Basic business hotel

The hotel is what you can expect for the price, not fancy and quite lacking decoration and warmth but it does the job for one night when traveling. The surroundings of the hotel are quite uneventful, not many options to dine even on a friday night. The station is not that close either, especially if you have a big luggage. The worst point for me was the thin walls... my neighbor enjoyed movies until 4am and I could hardly sleep.

設備の点検を！

チェックインの１５分前に到着したが、チェックインをさせていただきました。 でも部屋の設備が！ エアコンは不具合でファンの音が無茶苦茶うるさい。使用して寝る事なんか不可能な状況。 交換しなければ無理な状況なのにチェックしないんでしょうね。この問題さえ無ければ・・・

駅から5分、コンビニは駅前なので、買い出しには少し不便です。夜10時以降はフロントも無人になるので、酔って帰った時に部屋の暗証番号を忘れると大変ですので、気をつけなければなりません。

チェックイン前の荷物預かりが、ホテルマン1時まで不在で預けられないのは不便すぎる。 そして、ホテルマンが決まった時間にしかいないため、問い合わせも他店にしないといけないという不便さ。 布団の枕カバーには赤黒く、血の跡みたいなのがついており、枕二つともそれだった。 気になって寝られない。 チェックイン時間が過ぎてしまっても対応してくれたので、それはすごくよかった。

駅から割と近く、周辺に美味しい食べ物屋がたくさんあります。特に飲み屋についてはかなりコスパの良い店が揃っていて、オススメのエリアですね。一駅で梅田まで行けるのも便利です。一度梅田から歩きましたが、十分歩ける距離でした。 全体的に綺麗な施設で、特に水回りは清潔で気持ちよかったです。 ３泊の場合途中清掃は有料（1000円？）とのことでした。かなりの連泊でないと途中清掃はされないようで、それは良いのですが、ECOのためという理由はよく分かりません。床の絨毯の清掃が微妙で、素足で歩くと、輪ゴムや細かいゴミとかいろいろなものが足についてしまい、スリッパを常に履いていました。私のフロアのエレベータ前のアルコールボトルは4日間ずっと空でした。 気になるのは扉の防音性が低く、8時頃からスタッフの掃除機の音などが気になり、朝はゆっくりできません。 一緒に泊まった方の部屋は、壁に大きな亀裂（壁紙の裂け？）があったとのことです。 避難階段がエレベーター側の奥に一つのため、火災の時に反対側の宿泊者は逃げ道が確保できなさそうな印象を受けました。 しかし大変安く、便利な立地のため、リピートはあると思います。
