Outstanding in every way. Wonderful staff so helpful polite and courteous nothing was too much trouble. Room was large comfortable and clean. A short walk to the Osaka loop line station and also next to the castle. Do yourself a favour and stay here when in Osaka.

Love Otani Tokyo, before 2019 when I went to Tokyo, Otani was always my first choice. Love Osaka more since 2014 I decided to invest in a property here. Now it seems like a bad decision, I sold around half-price last year but I still enjoy my travel here whether over 50 times or 100 times. Otani Osaka reminded me why I made that decision that year. Life is all about experience:)

Incredible experience with top notch service, beautiful views, and a delicious breakfast service with lots of variety. The hotel being near Osakajokoen made it easy to get to our destinations as well. Highly recommend!
