This hotel is conveniently located near Shin Osaka station. The room is modern and clean and has the bonus of a kettle, I only stayed one night in transit but found that it exceeded my expectations.

Excellent staff.

The room was great and the front desk staff who were on duty the morning of 9/5/2023 provided an incredible amount of effort to help me getting tickets to the local baseball team, the Buffaloes. I hope the manager sees this and can somehow thank them for me.

Near Jr station but you have to use bridge to cross the road so if you have a big and heavy luggage, means you have to lift your luggage up & down to stairs.

Does the job, clean

Good transport hub location, the room did what I needed, appreciated the laundry facilities. The breakfast is terrible, there’s no fruit, there are no dairy free options really, and there’s no tea. But overall good value and good functional facilities.

Prefer to have a choice of hot water instead of only cold water during breakfast especially in winter time. Pastries are nice and breakfast is good. Should have a jug kettle for use in the room. The hotel is very near to the Shin-Osaka station and it is very convenient to travel around by train.

About 10 mins walk to Shin-Osaka station which makes it very accessible to trains and some restaurants. Also, a convenience store is located beside the hotel. The staff is accommodating. Always very well-cleaned. Just a few small things missing in the room like a big mirror and trash bin inside the toilet. Overall, a good hotel for a solo traveller.
