Cute small apartment close to subway with a 7-11 close by. Apartment was very clean. Shower and bathroom had separate entrances which allowed multiple people to be in the bathroom area which was very convenient. I would definitely consider coming back.

After we check in nobody gave us the code for the front door so next day we came at night and the first code wasn’t working at all we didn’t have a way to get in no front desk no answer to the phone number at the door or in the website the virtual agent couldn’t help ithey we’re trying no way to communicate to them we waited like for an hour my kids and we’re so frustrated it was cold and finally after knocking and waiting Someone from the first floor apartment open the door for us I will never use this location again bad experience

全体的には良かったですが居間にカーテンが無く朝日がまぶしくてテレビを見ることができませんでした。 それから、ロッカーが１階のランドリーの場所にあることとワイヤーロープでできていることの説明不足のためロッカーを探すため駅とレジデンスを２往復し携帯で通話ができない状態だったので連絡を取るために公衆電話をかけに暑い中１５分ぐらい歩き回ってやっと連絡して説明を聞いて解決しました。２度とそんな経験はしたくないですね。

充実した滞在ができました。 夏の滞在でしたが、エアコンと扇風機が設置されており、快適に過ごすことができました。 お部屋にはキッチンがあり、調理器具やお皿、コップ、箸、スプーン、フォーク、ナイフまで揃っていて、軽食を作りましたが、便利でした。 タオルが１人１枚で、翌日は1階に設置されているコインランドリーで洗濯して利用しました。 洗剤も用意されており、有り難かったです。 また、大阪で宿泊の用事がある際は、利用します。

1.多日住宿沒有每天提供毛巾 2.浴室掛衣服的架子只有一個 3.浴室洗手槽洗手台都太小 洗漱水都會濺出 4.廚房有廚具卻沒湯匙和筷子叉子 5.只有主臥一台冷氣 客廳很熱 6.沙發床須自行鋪設的床墊很髒 有發黃污垢
