I primarily chose this hotel for its location in the city. My room was clean and well maintained. There would sometimes be noise from other guests as they walked pass your door, but this didn't happen much.

Stay 2 nights at this property and it was a amazing stay. Check in was a breeze even though it was via heir self check-in computers. There was a staff over-seeing the process which made it personal. Once done, I got to my assigned room. Room was clean and super cosy! It was comfortable and I did have a good rest on both nights that I stayed. What I enjoyed was the free breakfast that was provided. There was lots of options and the dining hall was spacious and welcoming! Breakfast starts from 06:30 to 09:00hrs. Definitely a great way to start the morning! Location of the property was fantastic! Near Dontonburi and about 10 mins walk from the Nankai Rapid Train station. Super convenient. Definitely will be on my list if I go back to Osaka again!

The room was more specious than many precious hotel on my Japan trip. I enjoyed the breakfast and it had a more traditional feel than other hotels I had been to. The check in was self service but the staff was still very attentive and helped us out without even having to ask. There was an American man working during breakfast who was very friendly and we greatly appreciated his advice. The location was also great close to the dotonbori and train.

Nice place to stay. Fair price. Good value. Loved that it was very well lit. Hallways upstairs are also very bright as well. We checked in late (just past midnight) but the reception staff were pleasant and nice. Thought it odd that it cost 1500¥ to join the hotel chain membership (did not mind). But did not give me a card - sending it to me later??? Recommended to all.

It’s right around the corner from Dotonbori and a short walk from the Kuromon market and Denden town. It’s very convenient and there’s a good complimentary breakfast buffet.

Very convenient location to Namba Walk, Dotonbori and trains. The hotel is in a very busy walkway. Just be mindful but everything you need is within walking distance. Laundry service is very good. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Too many choices both Western and Japanese food on the menu.

The hotel was very clean, just like in the photos. The lobby had great amenities—vending machines, ice and water dispensers, and seating if you wanted to eat something there. There was also a large laundry room. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. Breakfast was fine—nothing fancy, but totally sufficient, especially if you're on a budget. The room was clean and well lit but snug. Just note that there’s not much storage space—only a rail to hang a few items—so I had to live out of my suitcase. Thankfully, the bed is high enough to slide suitcases underneath. The mattress was very firm, but I’ve heard that’s standard in Japan. The real star, though, was the location—right next to the train station and walking distance to shopping, Dotonbori, and everything else I wanted to see. For a first-time visitor, it was ideal. I’d definitely stay here again.
