They have most everything just not top notch. This hotel caters to younger demographics so there is a cultural gap with service and hospitality.

The design of the bathroom is very inconvenient - no door to shower area, plus the wardrobe, toilet, basin all in an open area, when one person is showering there can’t be access to everything other than the bed. The breakfast buffet is exceptionally great
