Has everything within 500m - convenience stores, shopping street, JR stns etc Room is clean, small but has everythg u need Appreciate bedside light control, strong shower, charging cable Wish that they can have coin exchange machine near laundry room instead of vending machine Could be slightly noisy at night. Great hotel in a perfect position

I was most impressed by the X-Wave Umeda hotel in Osaka. It is new, the rooms are small but totally adequate, bathroom with all facilities and more. The breakfast buffet was great but get there early as they start to pack up at 8:15! All in all I can highly recommend this hotel.

Great Location

Great hotel and in an equally great location. A short walk and you can find everything. The Osaka station is accessible by foot as well. The room is small (as with other Japanese business hotels) but clean. Staff speaks English though I wish some brochures have English translations as well.

modern hotel extra wide room

a new hotel mainly directed at the osaka business man. the facilities were excellent and the room larger than usual for a single. the only down side is that it is a little far from a station about 500 yards. 300 yards the oposite direction is the Whitey shopping underground mall connecting to Umeda station Parallel with the hotel road is a mall with every kind of restuarant . breakfast at the hotel was very good being a mixture of japanese and western. i would stay at this hotel again

Overall, this is a clean, reasonably comfortable business hotel. It's nothing special, but is well done for what it is. Unlike most other hotels I've stayed in in Japan, the check-out time is 10am rather than 11am. Location is good - an easy walk to trains, as well as to restaurants, bars, etc. in the arcades around Umeda.
